go to image/adjust/Hue\saturation

when your on Hue/Saturation click on the little box that says Colorize move the top to choose a color

middle is to make it more/less saturated

and last of course is to make it dark/light

stevie on the top of the good and roof where it meets the white of the backround kinda blur it so its not so jagged, but obviously your white car didnt matter
