i got norton 2002 so i aint bothered, and if i get a virus, i normally track down the person and give 'em a trojan ;)
 
Rumple Foreskin- I'm not sure if another moderator has contaced you on this issue yet, but your avatar really isn't appropriate. 4 of the mods are discussing it in our forum, and we've all decided it needs to be changed, but we don't have the power to do it. All we can do is wait for Jordan to change it, or hope that you'll change it on your own...;)

whats wrong with it?
mabey 2 people have had minor complaints but everyone else has said they like it and that it is funny and it brings some humor into the GTP
 
What's wrong with it? It's an animated .gif of a guy standing there sticking his finger in his ass, and he removes it only so a long string of **** can come flying out...:reallyodd

I will admit, that I do find it funny(in a weird way), but it's just not appropriate for the site.:nervous:
 
I would understand if it was a REAL pic of a guy doing this, or if there was nudity, you cant really see anything.... or if it was derogitory or rascist or whatnot... but it is just a tiny 10 frame cartoon that is there to make some people laugh.
 
But this isnt just a CAR site... there are also humor forums, movie sections, jokes, music... a whole bunch of stuff.... if it was just a car site then id have a pic of a car... but like i said im just tryng to make some people laugh... there is usually a lot of bickering here and I KNOW that it sometimes makes people stop fighting... had one instance where 2 peeps were quarrelling and i came in and posted between them and they stopped fighting and started to laugh at my avatar
 
Ive seen guys with avatars of chicks in thongs on bending over or even cartoons where people are fighting ... they are more hurtfull than this little thing
 
I know this isn't just a car site. It does have a comedy forum, but have you read what it says right next to the name of the comedy forum. PLEASE KEEP ALL JOKES APPROPRIATE FOR THE SITE. This applies with avatars as well.
 
i would hate to be forced to change it..... it is really not that bad... do not take it seriously, infact there is nothing to take seriously in it! I cant see how it offends people... maybe it makes them say GROSS... but so what.. i mean its not gonna kill them.. more people chuckle at it than get angry over it
...i think people who have that serious of a prob with it need to maybe lighten up a bit

I'm not trying to tell you that your avatar is now allowed ever again. I'm just asking you to stop using it for a while until we can get permission from Jordan for you to continue using it. If he says that it's not allowed, then we'll let you know.

This is what i mean... people are just looking for fights here... its like they need to fight... if its not one thing its another.... when will people worry bout themselves and leave others alone...
if im forced to change my avatar then thats solved... but then it will be onto another conflict.. another petty problem
 
How am I looking for a fight? A few moderators in our forum said they didn't find the avatar appropriate and that it needed to be taken care of. Being a moderator myself, this is not considered looking for a fight, it's considered doing my job here, and looking out for the site.

If i offended you Josh with anything i just said i am sorry... i get so worked up when people get on my back about stupid **** and i have been hassled about it by 2 guys last night.
 
Sorry about getting on your back, Mr. Foreskin. It's just, what on earth is he aiming at? I didn't realize that it took so much work. It's probably that I've seen something very similar at many different locations.
 
he is just shooting it out... i dont know... it didnt seem like it mattered to me what he was aiming at... it was just supposed to give people a laugh... so is my signature... so is my name... i wjust wanted people to laugh

Your avatar is cool and I have no problem with it. I guess people just have nothing better to do than b*tch about petty things like that. I mean theres people supporting fascists in other threads.....
