How old were you when started shaving?

How old were you when you first started shaving? I was 13, and it was all black and kinda patchy(thanks alot dad ). Every since the 2nd or 3rd time, I hated it. Anyways, how old were you?

I started in earnest when my drill instructor in boot camp "gigged" me on my lack of a shave. I was 18.
I still only shave about 2 times a week.
I'll be 40 in Feb.
Sure hope that puberty thing kicks in.

I think I was 13 or 14 when I started shaving. My beard was very thin at the time, so I didn't need (or bother) to shave more often than once or twice a month.

One for Gil: I could go 2-3 days between shaves in Basic and AIT. Couldn't do that anymore. Of course, I don't bother shaving much more than once or twice a week now. It's still too thin to do anything with it, tho....

I only shaved on Tuesday night in boot when we had "S***, Shower, and Shave." We had S, S, & S every nite, I only shaved on Tues.
As we had personnel inspection on Wednesday morning.
When I got to "A-school" I shaved the nite before personnel inspection. I think It was Thursday.

Now I shave when I think I might get some "attention" from the wife.

I'm 16 here, never shaved once. I've got no problems or anything, so I'll see how far I can go.

Ohh, and for some reason, now don't take it the wrong way...I have no arm pit hair! I donno how. I like not having it though.

I started when I was about 16 or 17. Now I do it every other day. If I had a more formal job I might do it every day. I wish there was a razor that left me like I am the day after I shave, or that it would just stop there.

Just for kicks one day when I was about 24 or so I shaved my whole body. If I'd known how freakin' long it would take I wouldn't have done it but once you start you have to finish. It was pretty weird. Very slick and slippery and cool. Of course when it started growing back I was miserable for weeks. I don't recommend it.

Heh, I had my girlfriend request that I completely shave a certain area. Don't ever do it, trim , but DO NOT shave it all off. It is itchy as hell when it grows back.

Oh, I don't know..., maybe 13 or 14 just for fun, but I had to seriously shave when I was around 18 or 19. Now I have to shave everyday. Electric, three blade Nurelco. Takes about 3 minutes.

When it was obviuosly noticable that I needed to shave everyday, I was probably 21.

Shaving sucks especially when you have a needy GF. If it's not perfectly smooth it can ruin their experience,...

But once whiskers reach a certain length, they'll soften up and you'll be good to go 👍

I know that feeling man

I started when i was 12 Im glad i don't need to do it every day ,or my face would end up looking like a pizza

And i don't get 5 Oclock shadow i get 2 Oclock shadow

I just shaved 4 min ago, lol. I shave my face, chest, and trim*Couch*other places*Cough*. I was shaving one day in the shower not too long ago, I looked down, and said"D***, my girl was right, it is pretty hairy(my chest that is)". So I shave all of my chest, exept I keep my happy trail from my belly button down, where it connects to, um, well, it's your guess on that one.

I was 13. My mom was not too happy when I asked if I could, as I remember. I guess it's because I experimented a little. (My thumb hurts just thinking about it! I took a chunk off of it at 12...)
