how to get a new ticket?

this has baffled me, how do you get a 2010/2009/2001 ticket etc when the psn wont let you put your birthday that low. :S

Indeed, you have to make a sub-account. However, where I live (Belgium), it is not possible to create a sub-account. I guess you have to make an American master account (maybe there might be other countries that will work, but I'm sure of this one) and then link a sub-account to this. I hope it works.
