Is there any other way to get Alpine A220, except Legendary Cars?

The only other way to obtain a legendary car you can't win from the above without buying it from the legendary dealership would be to get lucky with a ticket prize.

I don't think you can win UCD/LCD cars from tickets? From the ~600 tickets I've opened I only got BC cars, if I got one.

Maybe you can't, I've not thought about it to be honest. Maybe high tickets have a rare chance, but you'd have to check the game code.

Just the Legendary dealership. I, also, have never seen a Legendary car in any spin. Even if it were a longshot, you would expect to see it in the spin.
