I only have 3 games for my PS Vita (Little Deviants, COD Black Ops Declassified, NFS: MW) and I would really want GT: PSP on there? Is there any way to do so?

You then need to go to Content Manager on Vita and copy the file to your Vita.

I did it the following way:
    1. Purchase GT PSP on your PS3
***Do Not install it on your PS3... do not open the file at all.***
    2. Connect the PS Vita to your PS3
    3. Use Content Manager to transfer the GT PSP file to your Vita.
    4. Install the game on the Vita.

Pm me if you need more help, mate. Cheers!

I just downloaded it straight onto my Vita instead. Not too sure how many people still play GTPSP online using Ad Hoc Party.

Buy it on a PS3, link it in with your PSVita, then get it through Content Manager Assistant.
STEPS: (I don't really remember the process, but here are the things you have to do.)
    1. Buy GT PSP on your PS3's PSN store (you must have the same SEN account as your Vita)
    2. Wait for it to finish downloading
    3. If it's finished, go press X on the GT PSP icon, then select "Transfer using Content Manager Assistant".
    4. Download the game through your Vita by hooking it up with the PS3, select "PS3 to PSVita", find the selection "PSP/Other", then find GT PSP. You should copy it to the Vita.
    5. After it's done copying, the game is installed. Enjoy playing GT PSP on the Vita.

Sorry to rehash an old thread but does anyone know if this will still work? I tried to buy it directly to my Vita a few months ago and it would not install. Didn't try it via the PS3 method though.
