How to run the Track Path Editor on an emulated tablet?

Hello guys,

after the first hype, I and many other fall back on earth. It seems like, that just a few of us can use the editor right now.

So, what is with the poor rest. I using Bluestacks to emulate an Androide System on PC for a trivia game. Unfortunately the CM (track path editor) is not working with smart phones and their emulator.

Are there any emulator for the right tablets. There are just software issues to block (for what ever reason) many users out.

I hope they are some smart modders outside who could also hack the app to allow elevation. We will see

I never tried to emulate Android on my PC because I didn't need to. Your problem is to find the .apk or to install it or to run it? What sort of error message do you receive?
Maybe I'll try some things this week. What a shame it can only work on tablets ...

We can't find the .apk, the closest we're getting to download the Android version of course maker is getting a "this item is not available in your country" error. I've tried spoofing into USA, UK, France, Italy, Germany's carriers with no luck. So far there is 1 download only. Probably PD itself.

To make it show up you must go into your browser and search for "GT6 Track Path Editor".

Okay thanks, it popped up now. Apparently not yet available in Norway, but it should be, since it showed up on my iPhone except that it wasn't compatible with it (yeah yeah the old tablets only)

The news on the front page said that by the end of september 30th, it should be avaliable to everyone. Just a matter of waiting i guess.

no my tablet although it has android 4.1.2 is not compatible with the app. I don't know why PD didn't release a Hardware compatibility list....

They are trolling us. I'm beginning to believe they did this on purpose to make us busy with discussing and whining about this, instead of continuing the speculation of GT7 in the Bugatti VGT trailer. Because they know we know GT7 is around the corner. This "track path editor" is just a decoy.

No one on android can use it... Yet. Pewdiepie's game launched on the 24th. It only appeared in my play store today. Google's ways of uploading apps is probably different. Right now all you see is people with iPads being able to create their tracks.

EDIT:

It will be released as a free app on both Apple’s App Store and Android’s Google Play, and should be available worldwide by the end of tomorrow, September 30th.

Yeah. The only reason why I can't get the apk off my Samsung Tablet is because I can't root it(Thank you Knox) and because I can't get anywhere in fear of triggering Knox.

Tried to download but allows you to download only if your device is compative...

Isn't there some one who can download the .apk...?

I believe with this way, we can install in emulator

I'm starting up my tablet right now to try to extract the apk.
I'm hopeless. It won't install on my tablet because it isn't supported. Looks like I'm out of the solution.

The description of this APK Downloader (tried it 3 hours ago) is that it must meet both criterias:
1. Available in your country (Lol)
2. Compatible with your device

I spoofed my Nexus 4 into a Nexus 7, so I'll be just patiently waiting for the release.

Please read this:
Google Play most of the time takes time to release games. Many examples can be put here (FNAF Series, PewDiePie's new game, etc...). They all didn't appear on the Play Store for around 2-5 days, depending on where you live. So my suggestion is to just patiently wait, and cry rolling on the floor for us not having an iPad.

Yes, and I think it's the ONLY way. If someone has the .apk, pleaaaaase share it :-).

I'm still disappointed that we can't create tracks directly in the game.............

Does somebody tried Genymotion or AndroVM as android emulators?
