How to Start over with Licenses?

Hey guys,

I got my B & A Licenses, and it took me a good part of 3 hours. And then I made the mistake of upgrading a car that I really didn't need, and could use. How do I start over with the licenses?

Unfortunately, it would seem that a major gripe everyone has with the game is that it automatically saves whenever you do anything so, sadly, there is no recovering from a mischance such as the one you've experienced .

It's an auto save system so if you got lucky you can restart your ps2 and it should go a bit back. It may have saved after you tuned it.

No no, it's cool. I figure I just stay with the 6 Concept and then buy a used Impreza.. that should get me though.. The 6 sounds like a 2 prop plane for crap sakes.

i think u can turn autosave off (well...not completely off) but if u go to in the options you'll see what i'm talking about

its under the misc section at the very bottom of options... go from automatic to restricted.

Use 2 memory cards. Before you do something (race, buy car, etc) save on both cards. If you don't like the results, just load the 2nd card up and continue from there.

Just make sure you make your 2 saves at the same time before you change anything....

I think I might start to do this. This seems like the only sensible way for you to test out cars and such. But it means having two mem cards. But for the sake of being able to go back and not be stuck with a certain car/tune, I think it worth the hassle.
