How to unlock this car in AM?

In Garage Life, when you want to acquire a Normal Car, how do you unlock the secret that is below Tommy Kaira but above Mitsuoka?

I think that is the Jiotto Caspita, and I think I unlocked it when I finished the race that has the 4 hill races in a row.

Also note that before you enter a race look at the bottom and it will say secret or completed, it it says completed youve unlocked that car for that race and secret you need to beat that race to get that car.
