How will you feel when GT5 arrives?

Altough I will be very happy, I will also be a bit sad.
I have waited almost 6 years for this game, and when it's out, it's out.


Then I don't need to go here for news anymore, nor anywhere else.
Of course, there will be more games that I look forward to. The Last Guardian, Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, LBP2, Batman and so on. But the big one is out, and the wait is over. And there is nothing realy more to look forward to in this console generation.

Not until GT6 hit's us with the first pictures, probably and preferably to PS4(or something like that).

Yeah.. I have been waiting for this game since GT4, havent you?

Nah not COD, I play Bad Company 2, that's enough for me :)
And yeah, I know, all the game I mentioned are out next year. Hopefully....

Getting GT5 will make me very happy on my 95th birthday. Shame I'll be about to die.
 
I'd run around the house holding my copy of GT5 high in the air praising PD and then the disk hits the top of the doorframe...

I´ll be sad too. cause when I do that backflip too, I´ll have to stay four weeks in hospital without playing GT5.
 
Right now IÂ’m at the point if it get here after the new year I will try to find the hacker and pirates and give them a good kick in the. ThatÂ’s the only thing thatÂ’s really holding it up besides the printing but thatÂ’s why the printing was delayed due to the hackers and such. Though i would be happy once it does get here.
 
Replace Halo Reach with GT5 and Xbox with PS3 and game pad with the wheel... But that is how I will feel with my brother once the game arrives.

I might make a video diary of the night before release, and the day of release, and document it :-)

Oh by the way I will feel good on the day of release
 
Step by step process.

Day before GT5 arrives - Speculate about everything that's in the game, and think about where I'm going to start first, and with what car.

Wonder what the standard cars look like, and how they drive and sound, as I'm opening the package I'll be getting excited about watching the intro (even tho it's MCR, I'll find a way to look past it and watch the opening) I'll probably get right into a car in arcade mode just to see how much it's changed, like the z06 from prologue vs GT5. Then I'm going to dig through the manufacturers and hope 80% of the cars I want to be there will be there, but then to all avail find them and not have to worry because it's Gran Turismo at the end of the day, and we all have our needs met.

I had a similar reaction when my parents bought me a PS2 'back in the day' amazing thing is, it's still a working games console. Gotta love Japanese engineering. Hope my PS3 lasts that long.

I'll be relieved, but sad that I won't have as much time to play it as I did the previous GT games - I've gone from being a single young man, to a 30 year old father of two children between GT4-GT5...

I am right there with ya. Be 32 next month and have a 2.5 year old. Growing up is tough. :)
 
im going to take the cd out the box. put in ps3. then send the box back to pd with a special gift for making me wait so long.. mwahhhaahhaaaaa. actually i might end up breaking it out of anger so ill just make someone else put in the ps3 for me and setup everything for me. and get home and play then. ill decide if it was worth the wait and if its not. kill myself with the game case.. lol
