I reached the magical 100% line, so it's time to have another go.
I just started my second round of GT4 after reaching 100% on my first.
In my first quest I just wanted to reach 100% as soon as possible and see what's in the game.
Obviously I need some extra challenge on my second round. So this time I set some goals.
What will you do on your second tour?
My stats so far:
july 5: started my second round and got all gold on National B license
after having comleted the game once this was not very hard, I even wonder now why I didn't do this the first time
july 6: took me a little longer then yesterday but in the end I mamaged to get all gold on National A license (and surprised myself with that. In GT3 I only managed to get all gold on the National B license tests, I think I will try that one too some day). So I'm now at day 39 with 6 cars in my garage. I think I'll have a go on the Sunday Cup with that Lupo later this week. I don't know if thats any good and will get me that magical 200 pts but I think that's the best option for now.
july 7: my first 200 pts out of 1 race. It was a 🤬 of a job, had to start over a lot to get from 199 to 200 pts but that resulted in ending up with more money than before starting the race. I took a '99 Yaris F with new oil (oil indicator was lighting up) with 125 kg of balast on sports tires to th Sunday Cup, first race (autumn ring mini) and had 36 starts, as you might expect, the last time crossing the finnish line with a .9 sec lead over a Mazda MX5. That Mazda wasn't the toughest competitor, altough he was driving first till halfway through the final corner, oooh noooo. I am now the most fanatic Citroen C3 hater in the world. That thing was driving 4th and blocking around the entire track, in the last race I got lucky and drifted on his inside through the 5th corner in the first lap, from then on it was a ride in the park, just taking better lines through the corners and overtaking the leading Mazda halfway the final corner.
This little adventure took me a little over 2 hours. It is good for the bank account, I ended up with somewhere around 16,000 Cr., 200 A-spec Points, 0,1 percent completion of the game, a very bad win/loss ratio (6 out of 36
) and last but not least, an extra car - a fabulous
Toyota Yaris (silver-grey) which I can race the rest of the Sunday Cup with and the Toyota Yaris event in the Toyota events, so this baby will make me a lot of money and A-spec points
As for the rest of the Sunday Cup races, I think I might have to add semi racing suspension since this doesn't affect the power to weight ratio of the car (and it is not that expensive) I hope it will not affect the points awarded for the races.
july 9:OK now we're getting somewhere: with NOS, SR-suspension and a FC Tranny I beat the Sunday Cup, Yaris/Vitz event and the first race of the FF Challenge, getting 200 points/race and having fun cause there still is neck-a-neck racing.

- I want all gold on license tests.
- I will only buy cars I need and cannot win anywhere. These are the cars needed in the factory races and a truck.
- Get as many A-spec points as possible in any race

My stats so far:
- 32 Gold license test medals
- 2 Licenses (NB - NA)
- 6 Price cars
- 1 Second hand car
- 0.1% game completion
- 200 A-Spec points
