heh, just noticed you smoke, that is really...dumb. the purpose of your inhaler is to strengthen your lungs (hence the steroids), but that cig smoke is doing more damage then the inhaler can heal. and i don't think the chemicals in the cigs will mix well with the inhaler. sounds like a nice batch of killmyself. i'd be looking for somthing else to put in my mouth if i were you (try gum, it...helps.) as for me, i quit cold turkey. had a cigarette that tasted like ****, almost vomitted. I've never wanted one since
