I want to make a video

Hi everybody,i want to make a replay-video but don't know how,can anybody tell me?
I did some searching but didn't find anything...Maybe there is already a thread about it,if so tell me please...

I make them slightly differently now (I use a video card with video-in socket), but it gives you the idea.
