I get a 5 second penalty for crossing the pit lines, but I get nothing for pushing you onto the grass? :lol: :lol:

Convenient that it's only 5 seconds with you finishing a tenth behind me, but there you go. I'd like to see picture evidence too, because I'm pretty damned sure I stayed inside the lines. I didn't save the replay so I can't refer to that.

I don't really consider what happened on the last lap to be too bad, it didn't really look like you rammed me in the replay, just looks like a racing incident to me which is why I didn't give a penalty for that.

I can get a picture of you crossing the lines tomorrow.
When watching the replay you stayed within the lines untill you got about 2/3 down the exit then you crossed it with about 1/3 left to go. You're not the only one with a penalty though, phil crossed the lines as well. ;)

So I did no wrong as I thought whilst battling with Biffy apart from the 1 mistake which I admitted, Great work!

It depends on what you're classing as the end of the white lines. There is a horizontal line around 2/3's of the way down the exit that signals the end of the mandatory pit exit line. I'm more than certain I stayed in until that line.
 
In the OLR I think the etiquette say you should stick to the same side of the track until first corner. I think that's fair enough. But would be great to clarify this for both the championships we are in. Stupid mistake to do because you have another view on it than the steward :)

Will do, i'm looking into getting a better webhost at the moment and will also get a better domain, probably a .net. :)

Here's a pic of you crossing the lines Arkano, you should stay on the same side of the track untill the first corner and not cross the lines. The horizontal line there doesn't signal the end of the pit lane, if it was you would see drivers crossing it all the time in motorsport but they don't, there's a few of those horizontal lines throughout the tracks, the end of the lane is where the lines stops. ;)

I doubt it i can make it for the next race start. Also i like to see the Champions League game between Maccabi Haifa and Racing Genk. So i would probably not be around.

I bet I be around, but I should give my shoulder a breake really. Got myself a really hurting shoulder. I think it's tendonitis. Visiting the doctor on friday, but I had it for some races now. The race goes fine.. but after the race I really regret driving for an hour :crazy::scared:

Maybe we should delay Laguna Seca untill next week?
We'll probably end up with only 4 or 5 drivers tomorrow otherwise. We're currently decorating our house at the moment so I should really be helping out strip off the wall paper ready for re-plastering anyway.

Is everyone ok with delaying the race untill next week on the 24th?

Right ok, the race at Laguna Seca will now be next week instead on the 24th August. That gives everyone 1 extra week to practice. ;)

Sign-ups are still open at the moment if anyone else feels like joining. The sign-ups will close after race 2 so the drivers standings won't get messed up, so if you want to sign up you'll have to be quick and do it before the 24th. ;)
 
I should keep the sign-ups until halfway the season or something...

Tomorrows race will be 41 laps. ;)

My best time at laguna so far has been a 1:27.1, not sure how that compares to everyone elses best but I'm expecting someone to pull off a low1:26 in qually though.
 
Well 1:26 isn't going to happen with my car, I'm at 1:28's
 
You'll be able to get 1 - 2 secs faster with the right gearing setup, default gears at 145mph I was running 1:29's untill I changed the gear ratios.:)
 
I changed it. It's not perfect, but far better than standard. I will see if I manage to put something better together before the race. But I do not have the time to make it perfect..

Terrible race, car ran fine in qualy then slid off every corner in the race.

Also bumped Erik every corner! Sorry Erik!
 
Hahahaha! No practice other than a half-decent 40 minutes and I took the lead from 4th and started pulling out a gap :lol: And everyone left :(
