and on wider rev range. Holsets are big turbos meant for big diesels. they wake up quickly, and the bigger the engine, the sooner they spool up. Local volvo forum member put a HX40 on his 2.3l B230 volvo 4-banger.. result, 350bhp and 500nm+. that's V8 performance right there.

He's american so I assume he means replace the 240sx (KA24 powered) with a SR20DET, but "S15" makes no sense cause they all were SR20.

iam hoping that engine swaps will be available for most cars if not all.

as long as the engine isn't actually seen in the car then it should be easy enough to do and even working out which engines go into what car shouldn't be that difficult.

give each engine a rating depending on size from A (smallest) to Z (largest) and do the same for each engine bay, if the bay is big enough and you have a donour car your willing to destroy then you should be able to.

should make for a host of fun cars.

Hey :D, I searched and didnt find a topic like this one but if there already is one sorry :(

If Gran Turismo 5 has engine transplants and induction mods (turbos, superchargers) What cars will you make? :D

A S15 silvia with a skyline engine in it would be nice and very fast :drool:

Also I would make a ferrari F430 supercharged, that would be rapid :nervous:

What combinations would you make?

I would drop a Ford windsor 351 smallblock into a Honda Delsol, and give it a RWD conversion. (Similar to my restored K-Code engine Delsol with RWD conversion I sold a little over two years ago.)
