Hmmm... interesting stuff.
If I could be any animal I would be an African Leoppard (maybe a puma). They are by far the coolest cat of all... compact, muscular, agile climbers (ever see them drag their prey up into a tree to keep it safe?), very wary of humans (people rarely see them), and that fur is beautiful. There's a place here in AZ called "Out of Africa" where they have all the big cats in pretty realistic settings and plenty of room to roam. You can get pretty close and I even saw a couple get "sprayed" by a tiger
. But anyway they have a leoppard there and I could just sit and watch her all day. Absolutely mesmerizing. If you go on a feeding day you get to see the employees go around with wheel barrows full of huge chunks of meat and throw it over the fences. I learned that tigers do not to be looked at when they eat and have a very terrifying way of letting it be known; from six feet away, chain link fence or not, it'll give you chills.
I think it's interesting that almost everybody chose predators, especially since humans are herd animals. And out of those predators only a few are social animals (wolf, dolphin, and lion). When humans display any type of predatory behavior they usually end up in prison.
