If you could combine any game with GT6, what would it be?

GT 2-5.

I didn't read through this entire thread, but there are things in each of the previous GTs that would be nice to have back.

Shuffle racing
One make races
Certain cars
Certain tracks
UCD
Trading
B-spec

are just a few features that come to mind.

@Ameer67, starting more threads, WAT R U DUIN NAO ?

But seriously, I'd say Tokyo Xtreme Racer (all), many GT fans have wanted a 'larger' sprawl of road-networks (Wangan, Highway, Autobahn, etc) for quite some time now, and PD hasn't payed attention one bit. Bringing in a TXR-flair of a connected 'Metropolis' of roads would be great for cruise-clubs, wangan-junkies, speed-freaks, etc.

Imagine, coming home from work/school at night, wanting to upwind in a "Just got up, and went for a drive" fashion, heading to your garage with keys in hand, hopping into your favorite car, heading out onto the on-ramp where control is shifted to your hands/wheel, and then finally at the end of the ramp, on the highway...

You shift down with a throttle-blip, plant the throttle, listen for the turbo to spool/engine to 'grunt', tense your grip on the wheel as the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end, and enjoy the forward-thrust into the freedom of a truly, truly open road. 👍

MGS (preferably 4 or the newest one) and you'd get something like GTA except with the realistic car and gun mechanics. Also long cutscenes and loading times

The Sims and Car Mechanic Simulator, you could earn cash by fixing cars to buy better equipment and cars for your avatar.

GT6 with Racing Lagoon.
Obtain parts in a more inexpensive, but risky way by passing the other drivers. Then once you win, blow a bit of your cash for GET REWARDS for parts. But be aware, as others can pass you and do GET REWARDS to you as you might have noticed. Also, the "Yokohama speak".

Gt6 and God of War. Kill Nissans with a Honda Fit until I can go against the God Kaz himself.

Realistically GT6 with Driveclub.

GT6 + cars and tracks from GT2 (in premium quality of course...) + GT4's GTAuto Today's special Rims/wheels, GT4 tracks.
or

GT6+ Tourist Trophy: would love to race cars vs bikes

or

GT6 + Shift 2 + TDU2: Physics and graphics from GT6 with the "drama" and customization options of Shift 2, and the garage and the dealers could be like TDU 2.

GT6 + City Car driving/3D instructor: A mode in GT6 where you can drive around in a realistic city (online or offline) with realistic AI. And you could adjust the level of "agressiveness (?) of the other cars, the amount of traffic, the amount of people, etc)

Rally Championship for better rally. Still the best rally game I have played. I even had a racing wheel for PS2 back then. (It is not WRC.)

Need for Speed Underground 2 for its car customization.

And Test Drive Unlimited 2 or any other game for the open world aspect.

The Getaway and GT6. Think GTA with realistic physics, set in the UK.

Or when someone makes the matrix and someone else makes a console powerful enough to run it, then that will be the perfect game

The Sims. When my driver is done racing, I want to control every minute aspect of his life. He'll thank me for it... he'll be a fitter, better racer for when B-Spec arrives and what's more, he may teach the other AI a thing or two. 👍
Hmm.....maybe if the cars performance and weight varied with each driver.
==================================================================
EX:
Billy Bob is "overweight" but an excellent driver. Your car is slower by 1.3 sec, but his excellent driving skills make up .3 sec. therefore making the car a whole second slower total.

Bob Billy Jr. is "fit" but an absolutely horrible driver. Your car is slowed down by .2 sec., but his horrible driving skills cause him to often spin out costing you aprox. 1.5 sec.

Which would you rather choose?

=======================================================================

I think that would be a realistic factor in the game.

GT 2-5.

Can we add GT2 style racing modifications to this list?

GT6 with Shift 2.
Driving physics, cars and tracks from GT6 with cars and tracks from Shift 2 and everything else from Shift 2.

GT6+Shift 2+NFS Rivals+TDU2.
Shift 2 for Porsches and realistic car sounds, Rivals for the weapons and cop chases, and TDU2 for free roam.

This is a really tough one...
Probably either Muppet RaceMania for the amazing modes and courses it had (Battle Race!)
or Ace Combat 2 for some of the greatest music ever made, like this victory fanfare:

Also, @haythem09, do you mean that just because you want more destruction in GT6 or because Godzilla Unleashed was the most amazing 4 person brawler game you've ever played (especially the wonderful, awful plot involving the evil crystals from space.)

Ever played played Nitto Legands?

Then yeah, I want to have tuning part options like that, with GT6. A game where adding the most expensive car parts doesn't necessarily mean the fastest car. Or adding the fastest car parts doesn't mean the most enduring, reliable car.
Where everyone's car is unique, not just in suspension or gear ratios. Mechanical parts going bad and needing to be repaired/replaced.
Think of the possibilities. Mid-race mechanical issues = longer pit stops, just to name one.

Yeah, that's what I want with GT6.

I have to agree with the people that are proposing GT6 + Shift 2. The two games deficiencies complement each other almost perfectly.

Shift 2 is (relatively) short on content, the physics are dubious and the graphics could do with some love. On the other hand, it's awesome fun, has great variety of events and locations, has good customisation and does a really good job of putting you in the moment of racing a car, not just driving one. The career can be a bit bro-heavy at times, but the concept is good and I think done in a professional PD manner it could be even better.
