Just been doing some practice for Tokyo. The best time I managed so far was a 1:35.075, somehow roy pulled out a 1:33.9.
My tyre wear was terrible also, the front tyres would only last 3 laps before they got half way and that was with a really soft setup, I decided to try setting the car up stiff and my tyre wear then lasted 2 more laps before getting half way:odd:, tyres are supposed to last longer with a softer setup aren't they lol.

If i am driving good(for me personly) I usual doing laps around 1:36.5, my best 1:55.9. This pace i can hold atleast 5 laps, 5-10 laps i am a second slower. after 10 laps my tyres starts to go. on lap 14 i reach the cliff.

Nice pictures Arkano!

I start training tomorrow after work.

Maxitsu
awch, anyways i think i could easly overtake you, my tyres where new and you had to pit?, anyways whats your phone number, it can become handy some time:sly:

Lol!!

I think I found a decent setup for tonight. My tyre wear is a lot better now, I can go about 10 laps now where as before I could only go 3. My times are still only 1:35's though.

I must apologize again for missing the next race. This time I have no control over it. I've been having problems with my car lately and it finally gave out on me a couple days ago. Yesterday I had someone come over to help me fix it but after replacing the part that we thought was the problem, the car still isn't starting up. So he's coming over again today to swap out another part (hoping this time it's the one). If we finish early enough I might be able to make it but I'm thinking it might take longer than expected which is why I'm letting you guys know now. Again, sorry for missing another race. I'll try my best to make it.

No problem, hope your car gets fixed :)

Since the F1 qualy is so late today, I'm only gunna have like 2-3 hours of Tokyo practice, lol.

Got 1.34.5xx last night.

I know i can do better, should be a good race tonight.
Close action and plenty of space for overtakes.

If you guys can hold up for 15 I be there!!!!

I'll be there in a sec if you want a replacement driver or fill up the grid a tad... 👍

Post roomnumber and I'll join instantly. Or if you guys do the race in a private lounge, the host can just throw me a FR on the PSN: chorda

My luck is terrible. Kids been at each other all day today and well 10 laps they decided to both lose tempers....YELLING so needless to say I had to leave and police the situation. Grrr been trying for weeks to make this league race. Got a window to do so and well ya. Joys of parenting.

Had my best race of the season.
Hard battling dough. Had perfect setup for the car on Tokio.
Pitted at lap 14 and 26, best strategy i think.
Continuously pushed the laptimes.

Glad to have won, it was long time ago :)

Up to the next

Congrats GP :)

Well deserved.

Congratz GP. You deserved it with your crazy lap times. :P

It was also the best race so far for me.
Good and fair battles. Good pace.
Just not good enough tyres.
Very happy with 2nd.

Thnx mates! I was surprised by your speed today. If my setup wasn't that good today, i would have been hard to beat you.

It's time for your victory now !

Congrats GP!

Netherdragon received a 25-second penalty for dangerous driving.

My race was going quite well, I was just minding my own business racing with whoever I found myself near, but 30 minutes into the race, Netherdragon and Weedy caught up to me and Zzxxz. Netherdragon misjudged his braking point going into the last corner and ended up shunting me into the far wall, causing me to spin & damage both front wheels at the same time. He just continued on at full speed, and when I asked why, I get the answer that he's 'holding everyone up so that I can catch back up'. This penalty drops Netherdragon from 5th, to 6th in overall race standings.

But yeah. Other than that, everything was fine, 3-stopper went well imo. Onwards to Nurburgring! Expecting podium result at the 'Ring.

More importantly; I hope me and Netherdragon can drive more cleanly in the future! :sly:

Nice driving GP-Cian!

My race however was't that good. My start was perfect though, i did almost a jumping start, and placed my car clean at 6th place, after a few laps i started to make little mistakes, and got caught by EricAndre. At lap 4 i crashed in the second last corner, to bad ErikAndre could't avoid my car in the narrow part of the track. We both lost 3 places and the laps after it we made contact. I squeezed EricAndre in the chicane, he pushed me into the wall in turn 2. Now running at the last place i notice Joey have to pit quite early(lap10 or something) i could drive 3 laps more, but i could't hold the pace and i was sliding all over the place, I hitted almost every lap a wall. i had to pit. At lap 22 i think Joey left the exit of the pit just behind me. I thought he was on a 3 stopper, so my goal was to hold him behind until i had to pit. But joey made a nice move on me, i could counter him, and hold him a lap longer behind me. But i was helpless on my old tyres. after my second pitstop, i was waiting for Joey's third pitstop but i never saw him back(maybe there was no third stop). I on the other hand made a lot of little mistakes, and touched the walls almost every lap.

I am not happy about the race, but i am happy this one is over. I really hate Tokyo.

Got a bad feeling about the ring. Might be a good idea to just start at the back and if I can work through the pack, cool :)

Sorry guys, couldn't make last night cos of woman trouble!

Will be at next definately, look forward to the vid if joey is gonna put it up!

The championship is still open with 5 races to go.
My point of view:
2 tracks of the 5, i will be quit fast i think with the Xanavi.
1 track i have my doubts and 2 tracks everything is open :)

Off course need some luck...

Keep in mind that 1 result don't count, could make a huge difference at the end guys!

I don't expect to do well at SSR5, hopefully I'll do well at Nurburgring, but I expect to do well at Fuji, Monaco & Ring' GP.

I didn't really like this last race. Tokyo is one of my worst tracks, I had to turn on the racing line for this track as I just could not find the right line to take without it. I was originally going for a 3 stopper this race, I planned to pit on laps 9, 19 and 28. I did my first stop on lap 9 and half way through my second stint I noticed my tyres weren't wearing as fast so I decided to try and go a few more laps before my next stop and make it a two stopper and I pit for my last stop on lap 22, I was trying to go to lap 24 but my pace was dropping way too much. I really put a lot of pressure on my tyres near the end of my last stint by not pitting a 3rd time but I had to push what I can to try and stay in front of Arkano but my pace was too slow by that point and he got past me easily. I managed to just finish in 7th just ahead of EricAndre, if the race was one lap longer I think EricAndre would have taken 7th.

I'll be recording the race sometime tomorrow, not got the time at the moment with watching both Le Mans and F1 today. ;)

Why has nobody have 16 points at Laguna Seca?

I would like to join this fine establishment :)

Because 7th place man was Gprilli who dropped out of the championship after that race.

Don't mind what car I use as I enjoy driving all of them.

@Arkano5

Thanks! :) But I have a question: What do you mean by the "Mandatory Pit Stop"? Does that mean you only be able to pit once on one race or..?
