The Cappuccino EA21R has the front bumper akin to the Cappuccino that appeared in Initial D. Don't know about the EA11R though.

12C is the model name because MP4 Stands for McLaren-Project4... Project Four was Ron Dennis' operations which he merged with McLaren way back and ever since the F1 cars have been MP4-... It is however a bit of a mystery as to why they gave the 12c MP4 designation.

Not really. The McLaren MP4-12 F1 car had the brake steer system. There was a smaller 2nd brake pedal that only braked the inside wheel during cornering to improve cornering performance.

The MP4-12C has a similar system.

The 12c stands for the chassis, if I do recall correctly

No. There's no Racing Modifications in GT6.

The race modified cars from GT5 are now sold separately in the same dealerships as the original models, like the TCs that were available as DLC in GT5.

Was wondering whether GT6 has any added Racing Modifications to the 17 or so from GT5?

There are no race modified cars outside of the original 17 + the GT5 Car Pack DLC :guilty:

Hence no race modifications in GT6. What I said wasn't wrong and didn't need correcting.

He didn't correct you, he just clarified. All the race mods from GT5 are in GT6, plus the TC dlcs from GT5. You just can't go to GTauto and get a racing modification. You instead buy the race car. Removes useless coding and is lighter on the ol' credits.

Okay. But they're not race modified cars - they're touring and racing cars - I wish people would stop calling them race mods.

I know they're not officially considered race modified cars, but they're very similar in that they're racing versions by PD of premium cars and are now sold separately.
And yes, you are correct, there are no race modifications in GT6, but I was just clarifying so everyone else understands that the modified cars are still in the game :D

Yes, that's fine. But this was discussed a lot when the master car list was released. There was lots of people asking about the Base Models and a lot of belief that they were GT6's answer to Race Mods.

Let's try harder to use the '🤬' smiley next time and not bypass the swear filter, or for that matter quote the post where the filter is bypassed.
It gets a bit confusing trying to keep track of all the different policies on profanity in the various forums I post in. :boggled:
