I might jump in and join you guys! I drove the Mustang for the first time since the NTM last night an I liked it! Managed a 09.112 so I need a bit more practice!

The tires have significant falloff now. Don't overdrive. I find it works best to back off a little bit through the longer, fast turns (carousel in this case), and use careful brake application to rotate the rear with minimal steering.

Thank's for the heads up! I've only done short 5 lap stints and haven't noticed... Gonna get some laps in now!
 
I need some more practice time, I'll be in either the 9:15 or 11:15 session. :)
 
Fast is 2:07's. I'd like my q time to be in the low 8's. That's my goal at least.
 
ok good i just jumped in the stang and did a 2:08.7 with 5.3 gallons. :) if i have no guests at the house ill see you guys at 9:15
 
About to try my first legends race, will be amazingly fun.

Got 6th in a field strength of 1900+, gotta say I'm happy, only rookie in the race :lol:

Cool, glad we are sharing the track! I think Mac was in the Q session, but he didn't turn a lap?

It also looks like the race should split...22 folks entered with 5:00 left.

Managed a 2:10.569 in practice, new personal best but still off pace. I'll see how I do.

LOL that was a crazy race. i caused alot of problems i will not lie. Completely my fault most of the time. finished 5. my tires were SPENT the last 2 laps. LOL at 13 incidents ( mostly off tracks) and at -.76 safty rating HAHAHAHAHA

Ouch. Had a fantastic race in my split and set a new personal best lap time. Started 3rd and was running in 2nd for the longest time and was passed coming out of the boot on the last lap.. :p
 
It looks like Fernando and I had a testosterone match.....NASCAR style.

It was a fun race, but I wish I finished better. Thought I had the win there for a second. Dammit man! :)
 
Oh man! I wanna throw my damn pedals out the window!!! 5 laps in and I was pretty comfortable in 4th then, I started seeing my gap dissapear tenth by tenth!! Then I looked at the peadal input dysplay and my brakes where on about 5-10%, managed to hold on for about 2 more laps till it was too much and I couldn't accelerate enough to get into 4th gear! The stupid loadcell broke!! Left me all locked up in the middle of the buss stop and I couldn't move whit the 4/5/6/7 train coming by!

Wow, that is cool! Sweet replay. I really thought we both had enough room. I need to show my wife the replay so she'll getl me get 3 screens so I can avoid virtual death. :dopey:

Bummer about the load cell! Nope no victory, just a big virtual death experience. :ouch:
 
Replay won't load on PS3 internet browser. Anyone wanna tell me, with words, what happened? If I get a job, College Tuition, iRacing, better computer, and a G27 are on my wishlists, for stuff I'm going to pay for.
