Downloading now, I used the Cadillac free 3 month offer.
It's had an error and I've had to start downloading again 3 times :(
Also ordered a g27 to replace the old DFP :)

Reading all you guys's posts is what made me get it

Welcome to the club guys, if you have a moment sign up to the directory Here

It's very comfortable, it's weird that it only has about an inch of cushioning and it doesn't break your back.

9/10 comfort

I looked at them before but held off. The price is right and they have a great reputation of building quality products. 1 inch of padding doesn't sound all that great does it? Will see how comfy it is after a 2 hour race. :)

Like there weren't enough aliens in iRacing already! Since you are not rookie material, and that working your way to A-class will not take you really long if you focus on that, I suggest you plan carefully so you don't end up buying cars and tracks you don't want!

Gonna be doing some Street Stock all night, in a redneck mood and drinking Milwaukee's Best so i might as well. Ive been having a lot of good races lately, usually starting at the back and finishing top 5 when you avoid the wrecks :)

You shouldn't drink and drive, it could hurt your safety rating. :sly:

Sup Cow, when you gettin iRacing? Yeah i doubt my SR can drop any more than what it is on the oval side, i suppose a few beers couldnt hurt. :sly:

Probably never, but I had to pay you a visit when I saw your name. :p

I keep attempting to run the Grand Touring Cup in the MX-5 on Mosport and its froze on me 3 times already, and when it does load it takes forever and it lags like crazy.. I only experience it with this car and track combo.. Any help?

Indeed, I am generally following the Road career and working my way through. Have been running the Nvidia cup mainly with a few skip barber races thrown in with some good success so hopefully it continues. Class D currently waiting for Class C promotion, trying to get upto the 4.0 SR

My rigs finished!

I need to work on my cable management, going to be buying some cable management tubes soon.

I have plans to make one next summer, or before. But it probably won't be anything like what you just made. Looks brilliant, although, that seat looks very hard to sit on and the pedals are a bit far away for my liking :dopey:

I just slide the seat all the way out to get out and in of it. Otherwise I just jump in the seat from the top.

Now you just need two more screens and you'll be golden!

I want to get triple screens badly, but I also need a computer capable of handling it :(

For arguments sake, when my membership runs out, and I don't renew it, and say 2 months later I come back and renew my membership, all my additional content will still be available for me to use correct?

Nothing says elegant like a beat up tail gaiting chair and tv tray! For some reason my dog wanted in the picture.

Locked in a tight points battle in the rookie division in the Solstice right now, battling with a quick racer from Japan, so hoping I can pull it off. Looking forward to it. 👍

Thinking about going to the Radical SR8 next season, from what I hear it's a very fun car.

That must be really comfy! :dopey: beer holder!

Isn't participation fairly low in the Radical?

Yup! As mentioned inside the iRacing forums, people can't really relate to the radicals. It doesn't really have that much exposure in the mainstream media. People try to emulate real life as much as they can (skip, miata, indy car, nascar, etc.). I can't remember watching a single series on TV with the radicals. Having only 4 days a week to race it also doesn't help.

Is it bad if the same person has taken me out twice in a row now, on the same course in the same car and keeps blaming me for it? The first incident I was running 3rd, making the pass into turn one on Limerock, I'm already half a car length past this person and they turn down into me, sending us both spinning, some how my fault. 2nd time (different race) this same person gets lose coming over the crest, so I slow down, move to the right, and again am half a car length past, and they turn into me yet again.. and again this person blames me, insults me, then says they'll report me for keeping my cool and not doing anything wrong..

I know that they used to have a few entries in European LMS. But, that was a different model car. I have always found the Radical a fun car to drive. Such a shame nobody drives it.
