....how about the Green Hell in all it's laser beam scanned glory..........fricken lazer beams
While iRacing hasn't commited to it, Assetto Corsa already scaned it and will have it done in a couple of months time on initial release of the full game.

Nordschliefe would get so boring after half a lap. Would only be good in league type situations with huge grids, other than that it would feel like a time trial to me.

Was just watching GTP and iRacings very own Mr. Zoechling race around Monaco in Porsche Carrera Super Cup. Shame he was down in 15th with 10 minutes to go. So jealous that he gets to drive there though.

No surprise as to who was leading the race as well. Ex iSport International driver (I believe) Michael Ammermueler was leading.

Guys, IR is down right when the Indy 500 and Coke 600 were supposed to start. Not good. People will be maddddd

I didnt plan on running either but damn they will get chewed out so bad for this. Hopefully they will add another race session for everyone.

thats what they get for having 1000 people try to launch at once

My personal favorite was "I wish I could cancel my job too"

Now maybe I can make the Indy500!

If any one you were top 60 in Indy 500 qualifying, Wil Vincent is hosting a full race today at 2pm EST (or whenever today's race would've been). It'll be broadcasted on RaceSpot just like an official race would have.

COTA West in the MX-5 is just downright miserable..

I tried it with soft springs in the Solstice.... I won't be doing that again! :)

I probably had my worst race ever yesterday. I joined the 19.00GMT SOF race for Proto-GT, only my second one of the week. Road Atlanta was a new track for me, so I stayed in Practice mode from Tuesday through Thursday. On Friday I was able to do one race and finish it. Got 8th, but more was possible if I hadn't slightly damaged my car after 1/3 of the race.

On Sunday I was hoping for a better result, albeit the strong SOF. Long story short, I didn't make it past T1 as one of the other HPDs got loose and took me with him. Strangely enough the damage wasn't terminal and I was able to continue after a 2 minute tow and 1.2 minutes of repairs. But the repairs didn't seem to completely undo the inflicted damage, and I was lacking straight line speed. The idea was to soldier on and hopefully pass some people that would crash out, but it was just too dangerous. In the corners I was faster than the Vettes, but on the straights they were pulling away. And as there's not really a safe way to pass in the corners when you're only marginally faster I called it a day after 5 laps or so. I also suffered from severe understeer in T1, causing me to pile up some 1x's as well...

I was in that race. I came 3rd in the corvette field. I'm not as slow as usual at road atlanta.

COTA with anything is downright terrible although i was pretty fast in GT3 last week there.

Same story here. Although I actually quite enjoyed the GT3's there. More so than this week at Phillip Island anyway.

I enjoy Phillip Island in the slower stuff or cars that have a lot of power compared to their grip, like the Falcon. Otherwise there's too many fast corners, and all the straights are preceded by fast sweepers as well where it's hard to follow somebody to make a move.

Ah, yes, I noticed you. I was the HPD in your mirrors that failed to get past :D

Part of the problem is that last part, too many heroes trying to force moves. Taken over 1.0sr just being knocked into or punted off this week. Hoping Interlagos will be better.
