Is the GTPFIA league going to be running the Caddy + FGT?

Proposed time slot?

And the Riley but i think its all up for discussion.

Friday/ Saturday works for me as well.

You race for real right?

MHM :D

Is that because you're going so fast you basically "skim over" the rumble strips or am I talking crazy?

I can't really give you a scientific reason as I don't know. But, If I were willing to make a guess, that is probably the correct assumption. Now of course, some you will feel, like say the first right hand curb in the Casio Triangle at Suzuka. You definitely feel that one. But, you are using it to get the car to rotate for the more important left hander.

Was thinking about the same slot the ISR guys used for the 120 of Thunder. Wich is 20 GMT on Saturdays.

Jav I got the Caddy wagon going! After 2 hours of grunt work lol.. I don't know what the ultimate lap times but I got it to just be all around more stable and faster.

Needless to say im ready for a rematch :sly:

Yes I did. Im not sure why it was being funny and none of the settings would make the ride height change so i reset to the baseline and added your changes again. In the ended I ended up running 21 PSI up front and 20 PSI in the rear just to help with the balance.

but I forgot to eat lol...Me so Hungry!!

Lol! Anytime you change the collar offset you have to hit "apply" or "failed" then it register the changes made!

Jav
Tracklist would look something like this:

1) Daytona 2.4 hrs
2) Silverstone 60 min
3) Road America 60 min
4) Suzuka 60 min
5) Mosport 60 min
6) Spa 90 min

Liking the idea of a gtplanet league, but unless someone has about 90 bucks i can borrow i cant race with you guys.

Hummmm, so that would make it 5am Sunday for me. I don't mind waking up that early to race, so I'll join up!

Will this league be utilizing weight ballast?

had my first run in legends since the new build, a guy who was running in the 1:34's shared his setup and holy cow was that loose but you know the saying loose is fast... it was kinda soft for me but wow the spin characteristics have improved soooo much great build I must say, there is more grip but more of a break off point for a spin but it's savable, I even went drifting...... thru the grass:sly: but seriously 20 mins in and I like it:)

Edit: I don't know why but any setup I seem to try seems like the Caddy is missing all but one bolt that holds the steering rack on it just jumps around all over and corners go to full lock on apex automatically (Road Atlanta Test) and If I even come close to touching a curb it gets loose, hopping one..... well I just say hello wall

EDIT: Ok so I have a pretty big problem with Indy. every time I test, practice or whatever I get some sort of glitchiness between turns 2-4 on the road course and only that spot. I figured it was a new track thing at first but it's still there with hrs of time in the V8, Mustang, and Riley at that track. I watch my frame rate pretty closely there and it's never dropped below 140 FPS recently (when I first tried it, it hit 99 FPS). but it's like it drops to 10 FPS for a split second so it doesn't register in the FPS window but it's enough to really throw me off, in practice sessions it's worse and I've hit a car or 2 in that spot because of it. Sometimes it does it coming right out of the pit and I can't even make it to T1 (Prac session) because it's like I move 20 feet with out seeing that 20 feet (like hopping across a Monopoly board, you move your piece directly to the spot it's supposed to go). But the rest of the track is just fine and no other track does this with the same graphics settings not even Spa or Suzuka. Does anyone else have this problem?

Theres alot of post but ill skip to the fun part ;).
Ohhh Emmmm Geeee.....

This is probably the most important update that we have had since the release of the NTM last year. Unbelievable how much of a difference it has created with the handling of the cars, or at least the driveability of the machines. Took the DP for a spin at Indy Road and I had so much feedback. You are able to feel the direct relationship between the steering and the throttle. Only did a handful of laps and I have found out that I can setup the car to how I prefer to drive a car, by its ass. I like to feel the booty movin' baby!

Thats really good. You wont be able to see any stuttering. Anything above 60 FPS is good looking.

@Swift. The thing people are praising in a new settig that allow you to make the FFB force linear.
As well as set a base FFB force to deal with low forces at the center of the wheel.

Of course there are many more features to the new build but these seem to be the most heralded. Even better than new cars. Im going to try this today. The linear forces. They are said to dramatically improve feel and connection to the road. So you actually feel connected

yeah no wonder, it felt different, I thought my wheel went nuts. testing my new paint scheme, drove the stang out of the pit, change gear and it jolted to the left , rev a little harder it jolted with the wheel direction. feels fantastic.

I have some problem whit disappearing cars. Usual its one car, which i think have a bad connection or something. But sometimes i notice the whole field disappearing for a second. Its a bit difficult when it happens in corner 1 at the start or in traffic... Does this mean my connection is bad.

the game says i a have 125 ping(green) connection is perfect.
Is there a way to avoid this full field dissapearing?

I never did figure out how to setup the logitech driver to iRacing, I don't know where the executable file is....

Does anyone else have trouble with indy like I do?
