Is GTP being worked on?

Is GTP being worked on or something? Its going extremely slow for me, and like 75% of the time is says there is a database error, and I get logged out. It works a little faster when I am not logged in, but still very slow.

Well this sucks, and it's happened around 3 times already. It goes really slow until it starts pissing me off, so I make a thread about it, and it works fine now.

I got 1 database error, but it's not going slow.

Maybe a server is warming after a reboot? or Jordan might be making the leaderboards work with suchayo's (Thanks sakiale) software.

No problems here either except when my old router decides to mess up & make everything slow. When that happens, I get server not responding (firefox message) not the vBulletin database screen.

I wish it was being worked on, but unfortunately it's just another problem. Hopefully I can get it resolved soon.

That's regarding GTP anyway.

I did have a database error yesterday but it worked fine as soon as I hit the refresh button.

Well, like I said, its working fine for me now, and we also had some things screwed up over here at my house, that's probably why it was going slow. As for the database errors, they stopped now, so it's working fine.

Good job with keeping up with everything though, Jordan. I rarely get problems on this forum.

I've had a couple vB database errors in the last week or so. A refresh fixes it right, though. And I also see that the Gallery section is having some trouble now...too bad. Good luck with that.

I just got that vB database error a second ago. The site wouldn't load for a couple minutes. IE timed out, and Firefox gave me the vB error. Weird.

Yes, there is something very mysterious going on deep in our MySQL server which even the experts I have hired are having difficulty tracking down. They can fix the problem, but it seems to be coming back within hours. Let's hope they can track down the source of the problem this time...

The good news is that the Gallery is functional again.

In a nutshell, the MySQL server has some type of problem (which I mentioned earlier), and when it crashes it can corrupt the databases which are being accessed.

That's because the thread table (which keeps track of all the different threads in the database) was corrupt.
