Is possible to send DLC suits to a friend?

I always wanted to look like STIG and then I saw the DLC suits I saw a identical suit of he.I want to know if it's possible to trade one cause I really want one,and I will duplicate them to have some to trade

As has been said already, the parts of the Stig outfit are not tradeable. Most DLC is not tradeable.

Indeed. And it's rather odd, actually, that all helmets and suits in pre-2.0 styles that came with the DLC are tradeable (special outfits excluded).
