Yes and No.
The race variant is a very solid car in the corners. A GT Auto wing can be added for some increased downforce to make it even more formidable.
Stock or with upgraded turbos, its relative lack of torque doesn't help it feel as fast as some of the other LM cars, but any ground lost on the straights can be made up for in the corners if you have the ability.
Another minor gripe is not having much room in the redline before the light flashes and you have to shift. If you're not quick enough, you bounce off the limiter and lose a few miles per hour. This can often result in too soon an upshift, which can hurt acceleration a touch. Not that big a deal, but it's something to look out for.
All things considered, I enjoy the car a great deal, so it was well worth me purchasing it. Also, it sounds great when you wind the motor out. If you buy this car, definitely keep your eye out for the road version, too, as it's an equally solid buy.
