I deal with worse at work. I would gladly trade dealing with customers who are pissed off because they didn't get the right order for customers calling over the phone asking when you're going to get a game in. I would do that any day.

I pre-ordered two months ago, still no call from gamestop (usually they call a day in
advance) plus usually they give you a ticket stub for a reserve now they give you a reicept i hope i can pick it up and not wait 2 more weeks like the PAL release

Called all my Blockbusters, they said the 25th they will have it.

Just got off the phone w/ my local BB (Kennesaw, GA). They are saying there is none in store yet (might just be saying that), but I should check back around 1500 to 1600. Works for me, that was when I was planning on dropping in before work to pick one up. So, atelsat there is hope today.
