Just came back from school, hair cut, gamestop. 00f GS will have it at 2:30! the guy is going to go pick up at airport! yes.... GT4 in just abour 3-4 hrs.

I request work off, today, haha

uhhh i was just at every place in my town that sells games.

best buy - thursday
toys r us - thursday
wal mart - march 3rd (?)
target - tomorrow

needless to say i wasn't too happy by that point, last stop, EB games - 2:30pm! i just hope i can get it before i need to work 3pm-11:30pm! if i wasnt making $13/hr i'd have called off too! oh well, guess it'll be a late night

Called my local Gamestop where I had my preorder.

Official answer from the guy was "They are getting shipped today, we're getting them in tomorrow. It's a morning delivery so they should be on the shelves @ 10 AM or 11 or so. Give us a call at noon and I'll let you know. Since you have a preorder you'll get it right away because we will be getting in all our preorders."

GRRRRRRRRR. I know it sounds pathetic but ARG! ANOTHER DELAY. (one day and not poly's fault but hey it's still a delay TO ME!

It says at gamestop that the pre sale for it is today and since i pre owned already does that mean i can pick it up today or do i still have to waite till 23 just like everyone else?

Meh, if your 15-30 min late to work its no biggy. Just use the "my battery died" excuse...
 
Just say you got a game you love more than life itself and you need a few weeks off...everyone should do that, and it would cause mass corruption in the country...or worldwide <3
 
Just called my Gamestop (in Kansas City) Apparently we're not getting alot of Copys, So be sure your ready everyone! copys could be scarce!
 
Guys, I'm a little nervous that everyone seems to be getting the phone calls or already got them... I haven't! I preordered online and did the send to local store thing.... I haven't heard from my store!? Should I be worried!? I called there yesterday and they said they'd have it this afternoon... Any thoughts???
 
relax THIS...lol. I'm gonna call the guy again in 5 minutes. He better not be lying to me. I'll call again when I leave to go there shortly after. Right outside the door. Then I walk in and kamikaze the dude. lol. 👍
 
I just ( 11:50am) called EB in Poughkeepsie NY and they said, "It should be here any minute. You should be able to pick it up at 1 pm. Call back in a half hour".

He sounded very sure of himself ... I hope he's right.
 
Well I just called 4 gamestops here in michigan, 3 grand rapids and 1 Mt. Pleasant.

All 3 said tomorrow.
I say 3 because one didn't bother to answer the phone.

edit: the 4th finally answered a call and... tomorrow!
 
is it just me .. or does it sound like EB is the only store that is claiming to have copies today?? i've called Target and Best buy .. they both said 23rd through 25th.
 
I was told by the guy at my local EB that they get their orders on tuesdays and most other stores (Future Shop, Best Buy) get their orders on wednesdays when it comes to video games.
 
Okay, DEEP BREATH peeps.
GT4 will be here (your hometown) when it gets there.
argh... forget that where's my GT4 :sick:
