Ah yes..... the old Quaker State Porsche Indy car..... had a model of it MANY years ago..... I think it was a Bettenhousen?

The car raced in 1988 with Teo Fabi driving.

I was lucky enough to see them race at Mosport 3 or 4 times in the late 70's, early 80's. First cars to top 200mph on the back straight and they ran similar lap times to F1 in the early 70's. Of course I saw them when the series was past it's glory days and missed out on the 1000hp+ era of the Porsche 917's, UOP Shadows etc. but still, it was a sight to behold. Bring it on SMS!
