Yes.I was wondering if there was anyone who owns jdm cars???
Hahaha... Any one race their cars at a track???
Murcie_LP640...It has a Japanese badge on it...does that count?
R1600TurboHow old are you?
Why do you want to know?
R1600TurboFirst, use the multi-quote button, double posts are frowned upon.
Second...just curious.
cyborggti've got jdm engine and transmission in my honda. No right hand drive though. I'm kinda-sorta thinking it would be worth it to import a car as old and cheap as mine, but then again there's a reason the steering wheel is on the left in this country.

Yup. I miss my old single-cammer F22A though. If ever I crack and go to the dark side by buying a Civic hatch, it's getting an F-swap right away.
Bought the engine from hmotorsonline.com and did the work myself. Got the tranny locally last year but am going to order a new one in about a week.
CyborgGTIt wasn't exactly off topic...
Even within the Honda community, which seems to embrace "JDM" most, it's not all that common to import. Cali's got a decent handful of genuine Civics and Integras (and illegal 240SX-titled Silvias and Skylines) but importing anything not yet 25 yrs old into the US can get costly.
