thanks everyone. glad you all liked my update. sorry about (yet again) the inactivity.
hope this new update makes up for it :D

thanks guys :)👍 yeah that pic sat on my harddrive for the longest time, and same with my next update here. i'm thinking of changing my entry for the latest 2.0 comp.. not sure though as i like the nsx pic better..

this car has a lot of bad textures i find. the front end was so tricky to do, specially the grills and the areas around the headlights

Hey Jg...the NSX...its just WOW!!!!

But for me the Buick is even better...the great overall look of the shot, you really make somtheing Special alright :)

The GT-One screams action!!!!!

The buick looks like you air brushed it! That is
I really like the dirt and grime you added to the toyota. 👍 I need to find some good brushes for PS. Great great stuff Adrian!

The Buick is amazing, I didn’t like the looks of the car too much, but it looks like a whole new car 👍

The Toyota One is not quite my cup of tea. The car doesn’t seem to bend well with the background.

thanks nuno. well the NSX, if you think about it, didn't really have a lot to it in terms of composition. it was more of a snap shot really, whereas the buick had the glimmer from the lights and a great aperture. i actually took it in between the bushes from the casino phototravel location.

That was almost the case, hehehehe. i re-drew the whole front grille and the air scoop on the bonnet as well. but the airbrush effect was all pretty much down to the diffuse glow and reverse vignetting. as for the brushes, go to deviantart or look up ms m's brushes on google. she has tons of custom brushes on her website, and it's free for download. just make sure you tell her you're using them. thanks bud! :)

Too bad the textures on the adverts give it away... :grumpy:

everyone knows it's a gt4 shot. and i left the textures to give the brush effects more volume. you should try it out :)

thanks amigo :D yeah the buick really isn't the prettiest car, they never are hahaha. the only one i like that buick built is the enclave (amongst the newer ones). it actually handles quite well too. the GT1, yeah there's some perspective problems there i admit. oh well. zoom blur isn't really my thing anyways hehehe. another thing was, the original was taken with a big aperture,
so the ground and the shadows were really tricky.

Right, now for my new update, this one is another aged photo. i think i've had this for about 3-5 months now, if not. such a pain cleaning the structure beams and putting textures on the surfaces with the noise filter. the inside part of the tunnel was a hard one too, the textures were so bad everywhere, it was unbelievable.

Original Please? My dad wants to see what it used to look like.

A miracle from night to day 👍
I must say the new sky matching the dodge job nicely. Great atmosphere and composition.

That is crazy, I say. The amount of work is inane. One of the best cleaning works I’ve seen and with a lovely, overall image, with great composition and atmosphere 👍

That... is amazing.... It almost feels like im playing DiRT.
I have an unfinished pic on the same track with the same type of sunset tone from like 2years ago. what a coincidence

thanks so much guys.

Nicknamealguem: it took me a good 5 hours just for the structure beams lol. the road was actually the easiest part out of all of them.

here's another old shot. i've posted this before shortly after my come back, and i think i've used it for a pmc comp a few months back. i've decided to edit this since i promised
i'd release the editted version someday. well, it only took a few months :D sorry about the cheesiest little thumbnail thing lol

Great composition. The deep contrast on the car and overall tone of the picture looks fantastic. The clean-up is phenomenal.

This update is...
:drool::drool:Awesome:drool::drool:

it's always good to have a new update again. i'm considering buying another ps2. if i find a cheap one with a memory card, i might just go for it. my ps3's still at home waiting to be sent for repair. dont really wanna spend my money on it right now.
I'd rather use my budget for photography stuff and school. oh and strongbow's i guess lol. hope you guys like this new update. not so sure of it myself.

why is it that everytime i edit this model car, it always takes Forever.

Quite interesting. Everything is very detailed, although the car looks somehow weird with that paint job. But hey it works! The tarmac looks very realistic, and that blur makes it even better. Overall a great shot with a lot of adjustments done to it! Keep it up, buddy! 👍

The road looks fantastically textured, but watch out with exaggorrating lightning on your cars. The sun comes front the top righ, which means the side facing the camera is actually shrouded in shadows. So dodging that side of the car makes it look out of place. The rims make up for an interesting combo, though.

Amazing. The road looks phenomenal. and the i love how you brought out the car reflactions to make them as vivid as they are now. The whole shot to me looks like cover art for a racing game. Awesome job 👍👍
