I got a bit curious regarding the C-West Silvia and the livery. I googled it and found that it actually is like that in real life.

I have seen this done on certain drift cars too.

Nice shots of the C-West Silvia. I've had that car for months and never got round to trying it out. I have to imagine the reversed livery is just to make the design symmetrical and consistent - also means the race team doesn't need to do any extra work to make the design fit on the other side... ie. if it works on one side, the mirror will undoubtedly work on the other.

I didn't like the Option Stream Z when I tried it, which was a shame seeing as it <i>looks</i> so interesting to say the least. I remember it being awfully slow to get moving - perhaps a little unresponsive, despite having so much power at its finger tips.

I think the Supra is great for having fun on the track. I find it to be one of the easiest cars to control when sliding (on sports softs no less), which makes the most mundane tracks more enjoyable.

Favorites are the C-West and M3 sets, especially the second shot in the M3 set.

I still haven't dabbled much with Standards but I've seen plenty around here that look great - even before the visual improvements were done, and those are no exception. 👍

Your updates are like a car brochure for GT5, I now want to go dust off all my standards in the garage and blow the cobwebs outta them on the track, even some of the old buckets..... Nice Lotus shots too .

Gosh... it has been a while since I posted any pictures. Here is an update on my 'standard' car testing - I have been buying so many since my bobs have been busy that I can barely keep up with them all

Ah... the Audi A3

Nothing special

A little tail happy though

Never thought I would enjoy a Mercedes - this one was a real fun drive

Yet another Miata - nothing to see here, move along

Seriously, if you can tell the difference between all of these Miata's then you are a better driver than me!

This big cat was super fun

But I found the Audi TT almost undrivable

Don't underestimate the little guys

This March was fantastic fun to drive around a tight track

As was this old Civic

With the added bonus that it looks really cute

I thought this old Nissan Rally Car looked cute too

Come on PD - where is the snow accumulation on the tyres?

Very poor snow rendering on the bodywork too IMO - fun drive though!

On the subject of fun - I present this RX-7

Most fun I have had trying to drift

I thought I would get the same kind of fun from the RX-8

But it ate me for breakfast

I thought this Celica looked cool in it's early '90s styling

It was a disappointing drive though

I was bitterly disappointed with the Mitsubishi Eclipse too

Near uncontrollable

The xB - which I now call the xBOX

Good for reflecting advertising boards though

I took the Polo GTi out on the Nurb - I wasn't expecting a fast time

No fast time - but I did get my first completely clean (no clipping the grass) lap despite pushing hard

This Nissan Xanananavi thingymabob was a stunning drive!

I suspect that I should have had a modicum of traction control added though

If I add some traction control this will be a beast - so planted!

The Shelby something - not as good as it looks

As was this Camaro

This Focus was properly planted

Getting a nice line through Hammerhead

And across the line - never get tired of saying that

I always fancied a RL Seat Cupra

Not now though - thoroughly uninspiring

This must be my biggest air!

Finally - my most enjoyable off-road drive in GT5 to date!

Nice takes. But to call the Trial a disappointing drive and having said the Focus being properly planted is a bit funny Since the Trial is amongst the better FF cars in the game. But this isn't the thread to talk about time attacking.

@GTP_roadrunner - I am taking these cars out on the track in their stock form without even performing an oil change - whatever tyres are on them when I buy them from the used lot, that is what they get tested in so maybe, with a little tuning and tweaking, these cars would be different altogether...
