Lamborghini's 63 is a 4,000hp, Twin-V12 Superyacht

Living in South Florida I’m a bit of a boat fan. I was guessing in the 2 million range but another source has posted this...

“Tecnomar expects to deliver the first boats in early 2021. It capped production at 63 units globally, and it priced each one at $3 million before options are factored in.”

I'm not sure where either of those numbers came from (the only mention of 63 units in the release is referring to the Sian), but they aren't from Lamborghini or the Italian Sea Group:

Very nice. Didn't Porsche do one sometime back, I seem to remember a news article.

Yacht is such a vague term though. It covers so many classes of vessels.

I've found the one I fancy.

It's made by Reliant I assume.

0ver 4,000hp for just 69mph...
I’m not very well-versed on boats and I’m not going to pretend that the article made me well-versed on boats, but I reckon that 69 mph is quite fast for a boat. Many ships have engines with much more than 4000 horsepower yet can’t reach 69 mph.

In other words, water is a completely different ballgame than land when it comes to speed.

Looks a bit too small for the jetset parties...?

In fact, one might say, "you're gonna need a bigger boat"... :sly:

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that one. 👍

It's a wonder Ferrari haven't got in on the act. The big red boat.

They did indeed get in on the act, Enzo heard a about a boat aiming to break the record for the 800kg class being painted in the ferrari red and got in touch to help out. The engineers of the Grand Prix team then turned up with a modified engine and it set the record for its class. It has since been fully Restored by Ferrari - https://robbreport.com/motors/marine/ferrari-powered-boat-for-sale-2862352/
