These look like they will be excelent races (love the Mk1 Escort) - sadly I will not be able take part as I will be in Istanbul then. I'll be back for the Sunday after that though.

And I had 2 PM requests to skip tonight as well. Guys I am going to postpone tonight's race meeting untill next Sunday (26/06/11). The same rules / races just a week later.

Cool by me, I'll be having a good fathers day drink so probably wouldn't be on top form on the track :lol:
 
This Sunday, I MAY not be able to get home in time because of my daughter's piano concert.

I won't be here on the 10th of July for sure.

FLX I will send you an invite. You will receive the message, just look out for it and then accept it. You dont have to do anything else 👍

Edit: it does not matter if you dont have a headset.

Just a reminder to everyone joining tonight. Please quit the lobby after each race. You will receive a new invite to join the next race within a few minutes. I need a bit of time to record the results and set up the the lobby for the next race. Thanks dudes :)
 
We are going to be able to use our own tunes right?

If you set it to identical again, I am boned since I change my steering rotation to 720. If I cant use my steering lock tune, well it takes a full wheel rotation to go around corner 1 of Silverstone lol. And I want too see the peoples custom liveries!

Are we qutting the lobby because of the timer? Have you tried setting th AI? AFTER each race set the highest max players this will add AI, and do not set set AI difficutly (should be at N/A). Timer will freeze. Gives time to change track, take a break, etc.

If that is not why we quit the lobby sorry for sounding dumb :)

Yeah own tunes. Vehicle choice will be mixed, not identical ( but we will all be racing the same cars). Setting it to mixed allows own tunes and liveries.

I need the time between races to record the results. It will be just a few minutes.

I have not tried the AI trick Vax.
 
Round 2 was a blast. Thank you guys for keeping it clean. Well done FLX1981 and welcome to the series. What can I say, Texas you are the dude we will have to beat. Race report and results will be posted tomorrow evening. Hope to see Round 1's racers back for Round 3 👍

Sorry again vaxx for knocking you out in the first race... I was so much faster than you that I thought I would make it past you before the turn, my bad! Did you save the replay of the pileup? :D

One thing I have to say in my defense, though to whoever said "No resseting please!" after the second race: I wasnt resetting, I spun out 2 times and was hit before I could do anything. I only hit reset the second time cause 3 of 4 wheels went off. Sorry if that distracted anybody!

I had a strange glitch last night too . In the first race i was leading (not for long thanks to texas 👍 ) Texastyme passed me obviously making me second .No one passed me after that , yet at the end of the race it showed me third :grumpy: while everyone else seen me as second .How crazy is that ?

Well done Texas , think my 2 hours practise per week is not going to cut it if i want to get anywhere near close to you :ouch: What tune did you have for that horrendous Nissan Fairlady ? Just curious :)

It seems I missed the chance to race Texas or try to since I know his times too well... :lol:

I also missed great fun :grumpy:

I'll try to participate this week but after that (in July) , I'll have to skip it again :(

And here's a quick way to join friends without invite:

- go to Autolog
- go to friends
- select a friend that says he's on-line
- choose "join" :)

I found that 450 degrees is pretty close to the controller settings I've been using. I use a controller only because there's not any lag that I notice, and there's the many years I've been using it. It's more responsive than GT5 and F12010 in my opinion. With a wheel, I get the same problem everyone else experiences.

I'll agree not to use it when I crash all by myself. But when I get clobbered off by somone else, I think its reasonable that I use it :)

Doesnt matter whos fault it is that cause a collision, all it does it make issues for the people coming up from behind. We should probably vote or something because I sure as hell want it banned from online. It got me 3 times in race 2 Sunday. Was driving, saw 2 cars crash, move over to the left, and BAM, car spawns in front of me and I am hit now too.

I wish they would have diabled that button in online to begin with.
 
Instead of writing down my times and finishing position, as I thought Zeeco needed, I have been taking screenshots. It may be a good idea for everyone to do the same to support any discrepancies in the future. Maybe there is a bug in the results as shown to each racer.
