Wait, I missed the Celica rally car first time around and have been checking non-stop this month - are you saying it's hanging out with the Escudo and roadster & Tupac?
Yep. PD blew right past both the 4-6 week return window every previous post-launch addition had and where it would be in the rotation. We're well into the list of cars that last appeared/sold out in January.

I haven't done any research in to this, but I heard that the rotation of cars can be manipulated/is controlled by how many people have the car on their "wish list". Is there any truth to this?

I have over 42M Cr. and have acquired all but 3 cars in the game and I still can’t bring myself to spend 20M on the ‘38 8C. That 8C, the Shelby Daytona and Barker Tourer car…meh.

Except for the Christmas-time "Hot" cars (which, except for the McLaren MP4/4, were cars required for menu books in both Hagerty's and the UCD), no.

Lol it’s funny - I don’t have any nostalgia for the car and I’m not really a rally fan, so slim chance I drive it more than once. BUT! BUT! Then I can pat myself on the back and look around all boastful while my dog couldn’t care less - owning “all”* the cars

*until Thursday when more cars come out lol

The Mercedes-Benzes 300 SL(W194) 52 is available now.

I did the math and I think is right there is in total close to 90M credits worth of cars in LCD right now.
86,732,000 Cr. to be exact. It's the third-most expensive available Hagerty's lineup going back to the expansion to 10 cars (plus "hot" cars), behind:
  • 10/7/2022-10/10/2022 - 104,030,000 Cr., with the De Tomaso Mangusta Dior, Mercedes-Benz 300 SL W194, Ferrari 365 GTB4, Abarth 1500 B.A.T 1, AMG CLK-LM, Aston Martin DB3S, Chapparal 2J, Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B, Ferrari 330 P4, 1994 McLaren F1 and Porsche 917K (103,530,000 Cr. without the "hot" Dior Mangusta)
  • 1/4/2023 - 99,764,500 Cr., with the De Tomaso Mangusta Dior, McLaren MP4/4, Mercedes-Benz 300 SL W194, Ferrari 365 GTB4, Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B, Ferrari 330 P4, AMG CLK-LM, Abarth 1500 B.A.T1, Aston Martin DB3S, Chapparal 2J, 1973 Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R, Porsche Spyder, Renault R8 and 1994 McLaren F1 (87,264,500 Cr. without the "hot" Dior Mangusta, MP4/4 and Spyder)
When the Ferrari 250 GTO comes back next week, the record likely will be broken, and that will (likely) be broken again when the 1997 BMW McLaren F1 GTR rejoins the lineup.

@Techlet It could be worse - it could be October or January 4. Even after factoring out the "hot" cars, the lineup between 10/7 and 10/10 was still over the 100,000,000 Cr. earned cap, and the lineup on 1/4 was still more expensive than the current lineup.

The cheapest full (no cars sold out, at least in the 10 regular spots) Hagerty's lineups since the expansion to 10 cars (plus "hot" cars):
  • 4/22/2022 - 17,885,000 Cr., with the Plymouth Superbird, Ferrari 330 P4, Mazda RX500, Mazda 787B, Renault R8, Nissan R92CP, Alpine A220, AMG 300 SEL, Toyota 2000GT, and Jaguar XJR-9
  • 4/24/2022 - 17,885,000 Cr., with the Nissan GT-R GT500, Plymouth Superbird, Ferrari 330 P4, Mazda RX500, Mazda 787B, Renault R8, Nissan R92CP, Alpine A220, AMG 300 SEL, and Toyota 2000GT (the Jaguar XJR-9 sold out on 4/23 and was replaced by the equally-expensive Nissan GT-R GT500)
  • 7/4/2022-7/5/2022 - 18,372,500 Cr. (16,222,500 Cr. without the "hot" Ford Roadster and Suzuki Escudo), with the Plymouth Superbird, Chevrolet Corvette Concept, Mazda 787B, Nissan R92CP, Renault R8, AMG 300 SEL, Ferrari F40, Jaguar XJR-9, Shelby Cobra 427, and Porsche 962 C in the 10 regular spots

I was going to farm for a second McLaren F1 to modify, but with two more 20mil cars added at once that I'm still missing I'm not so sure.

My credits are certainly hurting right now, but I now have one of every LCD and UCD car in regular rotation! Next is brand central but I’ll probably do that quite a bit slower. So it’s definitely possible to get every car in just over one rotation, just prepare to put in the time.

Welp I see my day to go 'bankrupt' in GT7 is about to be a thing.

I haven't played for quite some tiime but I've now decided I need to finish my LCD collection so I guess those three 20 million cars are gonna be 'acquired' this time.

Thankfully I have 3, 8 and 14 days left and currently on 40 million so it should'nt require a full 'every hour/moment' of my day grind to get all three.

Just take note on the today LCD: one of the most expensive CRs

On this note can you or anyone who posts in the thread remind me all the 20 million price cars so I can check them off on my 'grind' list, thanks in advance!

barker tourer is actually amazing, highly recommend. now, as someone who hasn't done a single player race in about 9 months... hard to tell anyone what their time is worth. but i suspect the 8C is also a pleasure. and i can't speak for the daytona... 20m at this stage for cars that don't offer something unique, thats a tough sell.

If you love the Baker you'll love the 8c. It sounds lovely

Do you think the 97 F1 race car will come back at 10.3M? I need 5 to finish my dream grid and 5 is 51.1M so thank goodness I'm at 76M now.

Thanks! Only 1 big expense left then the Shelby as have all the others so after that bank balance will increase again!

I'm enjoying the 917 that I picked up a few days ago. Its certainly a handful. I had to complete a few circuit experiences that I was putting off to get enough credits, but it was worth it in the end so that I could create a livery from the last ever 917 (although i appreciate that the car below looks different to the one on the game).

Along with the GT40, its a car that I have lusted after since I was a kid.

I am now utterly skint and only a couple more circuit experiences left to milk easy credits from.
