The Genesis Magma GT concept/GT3 to me is a Korean Koenigsegg. The styling reminded me of the Agera/CCX/Gemera with some Genesis flair.

Only difference is that when Koenigsegg made the CCGT, it never raced.

Thinking about stand-in road cars in Power Pack races (even though I am on PS4 so I cannot play that) and their real counterparts as additions to the historic side of the roster:

GT ONE
Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion '97 > Porsche 911 GT1 Evo '97
Jaguar XJ220 '92 > Jaguar XJ220C '93
Ferrari F40 '92 > Ferrari F40 GTE '95

Something I did think is a revival of the CBA-R35 GT-R Touring Car that was part of GT5's Racing Car Pack, with AWD deleted and a VK45DE/VK56DE installed to refer to the GT-R GT1. (Or just add the real thing, much like all other GT-R Touring Cars from said DLC except for the R34.)

The Prius touring car from that racing car pack is exactly what a new "LM Race Car" would look like in my books. The road-going version is already there anyways and I don't think that Prius has anything to do with the GT300 version from the same era.

About daggone time! Matching their GT3 car like most brands. Shame Ferrari and Lamborghini haven’t entered.

I mean realistically speaking, what do they have that is even close to match it? We saw Audi try with the R8 and..well, there's a reason that isn't exactly STILL flooding tracks the way the R8 LMS GT3 Evo is.
 
Just saying the popularity of GT4 hasn’t looked to be slowing down. I prefer cars like the M3/M4, Mustang, Camaro, Z like when the series first began. The addition of more premium brands like AMG and McLaren was questionable at first, but the series just grows and grows.

Edit: @RACECAR the one or two R8s left in G4 Europe are still winning races and usually outpacing the field. I understand Audi and Ferrari are concentrating more on F1 and Hypercars for Ferrari. However Ferrari still running GT3 and customer cars are being added to various global GT3 series shows there’s a market for the brand in GT racing. There one make series notwithstanding, I bet a GT4 car would increase that customer base for even more “gentlemen” racers.

I'm not saying GT4 is bad, I'm questioning what Lamborghini or Ferrari have model to make a competitive GT4 out of (Though both seem like they are just fine with Ferrari Challenge and Super Trofeo to not really care). Oh for sure. Many ran with the AMG. 570S didn’t have big numbers but the won races. BMWs weren’t in great numbers but won races. Similarly when the Cayman was the big deal before the AMG. Now, Mustang are the big deal and even Supra have increased in numbers. Aston Martin been consistent since the start. I don’t know what the customer support was like between all the brands. That may have been a factor.

Ferrari could have used the 458 when they debuted the GT3. However, don’t know if it was related, Maserati campaigned their GT4 and that didn’t last long.
Gallardo could have been the RWD spec.

It would be great but given how they literally recycled the RC F's 2UR-GSE for the 2008 SC430 GT500 (Which used the 3UZ-FE), I don't have much hope for them to go into that much detail.

Here is my list of current Gr.1/Gr.3/Gr.4 cars and their possible replacements in GT7 (old Gr.3 and Gr.4 are not listed)

some brands doesn't get any updates as their future replacements are unknown

- this is just for fun and it is not guaranteed that we get it
(green means that we already got it)

The other issue I have is the Manufacturers Cup representation since Toyota officially brands it as GR GT without Toyota markings. Would they just pull Toyota off Manu and have GR instead, or what?

If I play some of the gt3 cars in gtsports but play in gt7 online competitions, are they slow? Because I see people picking certain gt3 cars over and over and they're new like new Ferrari gt3 or new audi r8 gt3 or the new 911 gt3 car not rsr for example.

because of GT7 BOP and most online players want the best car and goes with it - making it often one make race

(I'm only playing single player modes) From what I've seen from different streamers over the years is that there is usually a "meta car" that has an advantage over all the other cars (like sometimes real bop :D).

there are few GR cars that are under toyota so i doubt they will split them now but it still can happen , irony would be if they were added into Lexus instead :P

There were 5 R8 GT4's at Spa. Plus a couple still running in Australia I think?
