Hi, this group seems cool, could I join? I've played all the GTs but I'm an average driver, I try to race clean but I'm a bit slow. I like collecting and racing lower powered cars, but I'm happy to race anything. Feel free to add me!

Last night was a blast. A huge sorry goes out to everyone I bumped last night ( some way more than others). Still learning, and non of it was intentional even if it looked it. This is my first GT game. And it showed.

Took some more photos last night. Sadly the replay controls arnt there yet. So I didn't get what I wanted.

I get embarrassed when I race with these members. I thought I was okay but I'm quickly giving up on my dream of winning the Academy races....666 isn't cutting it.

Hey guys,

I have raced with you guys on a few occasions and it was great. I found this other guy who wants to do a '100 miles of lemons' race. By that I mean, 100 miles around one of the Eiger tracks in cars that cost less than 20k. We haven't found too many others who wanted to participate, but I thought I would see if you guys were up for it. Since all the cars a pretty low powered, I thought it would be pretty manageable for all of us. I know its a long race, but if you are interested, I think we are going to be racing around 10:30 tonight.

This sounds fun! I try to race clean, but don't quite have the skill yet to completely avoid bumping, and the occasional wreck. And the 500+hp beats are beyond my ability to handle well..

I'd love to jump in. 34 y/o but I still get a bit of game time in during the evenings/nights. I've not raced much online yet so that will be new to me too!

I don't currently have a mic is that a problem? I expect if I find myself in good company I'll solve that quick enough.

I've been playing Gt since the ps1, but for some reason I still suck!!! I'm a 36 yr old father of two that still loves racing after the kids are in bed. I have 4 close friends that I race with, but would like for us to have more to race. The problem is, we all suck to other gtplanet members standards. If we race in other rooms (other than our lounges), we either get schooled or end up frustrated at childish drivers. Is there anyone else out there that is in our shoes? Do you love the game so much, but can't run with the big dogs? If so, add me to your friends list and let's race. Seriously, We are not that good. Some of us have to you assists etc. If any of this sounds like you, Whisky_River is my psn.

Another 40-something here....You guys sound kool....At the moment I"ve got bob going (almost) 24/7 for the AMG B-spec competition but when it's over I'll have more time to catch up & screw around online.
BTW, I'm Australian :crazy: GMT +9.5 👍

This whole idea sounds great to me, thanks to RAZORBACK2015 for the idea.

And while a little bumping now and again is fine, that's not what I have been finding. More common is the driver (or drivers) who drive full speed into the first turn with the goal to crash the whole field. Annoying.

I feel a bit late for the party but the thread caught my eye and I feel it's just the thing for me.

I seem to fall below average in skill (as I mostly get passed and/or crash in online races) but do try my best to race both clean and fair. I have only met a handful of like-minded people online as most will bump you off track more often than not. I prefer sub 500bhp races and the occasional very low bhp races.

If you are still "taking members" I would love to join!

Adult by any standard (32 yo) and I'm in GMT+1.
