Edit: I clicked on one link and it led me to this page saying "other hot girls from Cloverdale" If Im thinking about the right "Cloverdale" then this thing is happening in the very city I am living in! And Im only 8km away from that area.

It's a link to Adult Friend Finder, it uses your IP address or something to figure out what city you're in, then posts either girls actually from that area or any girls and says they're from your area.
