Anyway to answer your question, yes i bought it today. Loving all the new features. Haven't actually had time to play a game yet. Spent about an hour just flipping through the menus.
Ncaa is horrible. It's the worst one I've played and I've played them all. We've tried to fix the sliders on it since the day it came out. It's way to easy to pass on. You can easily throw for 800 yards a game if you want and never even run the same play twice. If there was a year to skip ncaa its this year. The only point of even getting it would be for the draft classes to take to madden.
I actually quit my online dynasty today. We only made it through 3 seasons of it. In the past we've done over 10 or 15. It really is bad so don't get your hopes up to high for it, I know I did.
