Manual trans in TDU?

Is it possible to have a manual trasmission in test drive unlimited? This is a very important feature to me. If you guys could give me a little info on it it would be great. thanks

I use Manual transmission. I think it's in the option.

Two ways. Set your console defaults to manual trans, or change it in the in game options.

My console is set to manual as default, so..

While on manual tranny dissccusion here. Is the new Wireless racing wheel for the 360 formatted for TDU? I Like the wheel better than the controller. Its formatted for PGR3 and NFS Carbon, and I like the feel of the wheel when driving both games which I have.

I don't think there's any force feedback, but that's supposed to be fixed with an upcoming patch.

No FF in TDU yet. It will be fixed eventually.

The wheel does work, though.

I kinda felt like the manual transmission was almost pointless in TDU. The gears don't seem to feel "right" in the game, and often times I felt like it didn't make the car go any faster at all.

...But if we were to talk about PGR3, it is very hard for me to drive without the car in manual mode...
