Would be really cool if the track were to be added, similar to how the GTWS visited

it later appeared in-game.
There's a distinct lack of city circuits in the PS4-onwards era of Gran Turismo right now due to the level of detail required to make them. That
might be getting rectified somewhat as technology continues to develop though.
Not only is Marina Bay one of my personal favourite street circuits, but it would also expand the Asia-Oceania region of the World Circuits map to beyond just Japanese & Australian locations.
There has also been a layout change to the circuit back in 2023, which now creates a longer flat-out section near the end of the lap making for a bigger braking zone for T16 (formerly T20)
I find this version very fun to drive on the F1 games, but it might be even better suited to Gran Turismo's wider variety of slower-than-F1 machinery, since the straights effectively become longer in a slower car.
