Yes, This is a sensationsal development in F1, which may be killed off if Bernie Ecclestone follows through on banning customer cars. Unless Force India F1 (formerly known as Spyker, or STR Ferrari) finds a new engine supplier, this idea may be stillborn.

Customer cars are banned. Customer engines are still allowed.

Spyker have designed and built their own car.

STR Ferrari are Scuderia Torro Rosso and are a completely different team. EDIT: Ahh, worked out what you meant there
