The snappily-named MG KX Clubcard Fuel Save entry in the 2014 British Touring Car Championship, as driven by Jason Plato and Sam Tordoff. It is built to Next Generation Touring Car specifications.

The manufacturer-backed MG KX Clubcard Fuel Save is run by Triple Eight Race Engineering – a squad with an illustrious history of racing that began in 1996. With 22 titles to its name, Triple Eight joined forces with MG to bring the MG6 onto the grid in 2012 with double champion Jason Plato at the wheel. Incredibly in Plato was to win in only the car’s third ever race, but despite often having the fastest race package over the past two seasons, the team has fallen just short of adding to its tally of championships.

For 2014 MG KX Momentum Racing retains it’s 2013 line-up of Jason Plato and impressive newcomer to the series Sam Tordoff, who scored a podium on his first weekend racing for the team last year.
