Well, it seems Tekkit changed the thing of playing with GTPers. Before Tekkit you could easily be online an entire day without company.

But I haven't met you on in ages anyway, so that is not a problem.
 
Well nobody has met you since Tekkit started. Unless you sneak by at night and live in a faraway land.
 
Because the god damned launcher always stops at 43%, so I cant get in.

And this sort of attitude is why we've had so many problems within the thread. :rolleyes:
 
Try and delete/turn off AVG, McAfee, or Norton if you have it. And get Avast! since it doesn't interfere with downloads.

Just because someone says something you don't, it doesn't mean you should retaliate and act childish.

So... did you try turning off/uninstalling those 3 anti-viruses I mentioned if your launcher doesn't download?
 
They're all turned off, still nothing. Can I manually download a file for it and shove it somewhere it'll work.

Maybe if someone uploaded uploaded their .minecraft file, you could use that.

Try unintalling AVG/McAfee/Norton. They stop it from downloading because they don't recognize the source.

But my .minecraft is crammed with mods, will Tekkit overwrite it?

Tekkit makes a new .minecraft folder so your existing folder with all your mods intact.
 
Not sure if any of the server mods or admins will see this but for some reason, I lost my inventory, like a stack of coal, iron, redstone, tin, and copper. I don't know what happened.

Well, I've just come on the server and everything's changed. Suddenly my house is surrounded by trees and ghskilla, Adam and Rhys are the 'town founders' because they decided to make some paths, give it a random name and make some 'districts'.
 
Sounds about right, I'm planning to move far away, as pretty as the town is, I feel trapped there.

1. Calm down, it's just a town in a virtual game..
2. I didn't decide anything, skilla went ahead and made me a 'town founder' since he made the board
3. The districts are actually a good idea anyway.

Not really. :lol: A farming district would be good.

And could all quarries were be covered up after use? Right now there are a number of huge gaping holes from old quarries.
 
If they are covered up, if someone tries to mine there, then they will be in for a pretty substantial drop :lol:
 
After a single day working in the Tekkit server, I built a reactor! Dont'w worry everyone, its a Mk. 1.:)
