When I played about 90% of the time people TP'd to me and just annoyed me, IMO TPing should be limited to just Admins+ or learn if people don't need to be tp'd to then don't tp to them anyways
 
May I preemptively claim the mountains by the coast or at least part of them for a little coastal villa?

I'll have a think but it's going to be the standard no griefing, no pvp, no abuse etc.

I'll try and enforce it a bit better too!

Geez, 60 minutes of jail?

Seems less than fair considering that the person that destroys half of my crap doesn't get any jail at all.

And can someone fix the damned sleep plugin thing?
 
^^ 60 mins is quite a bit, spongey. Think of it as 5 years IRL jail. It takes a lot to work up 60 minutes of doing nothing in a jail cell, hence why it's such an effective punishment.
 
So since I burned down one thing (for a good reason) I get an hour in Jail?

So even though Fiat can burn down all of my stuff and not get punished, I am?

Oh, and whats even more pathetic is how I hit the floor when trying to sleep in Jail, and I "earned" 10 more minutes.

No one ever burns down things for good reason. Yes, the punishment is steep, but it's getting to a point on the server that it's a daily event for someone to grief something. As far as I see it, it's faily straight forward.

Hmm, I must say, the last thing is pathetic. It should be that you only earn extra time if you actually break the block, not just if you hit it. If you log in (in about 10 - 15 mins) I can re-jail you with 45 minutes.

Fiat has been punished in many aspects before, I made sure of that. :trouble:
 
How does the jail work on the server? If you aren't logged onto the server, does the timer still count down? Or do you have to actually stay in jail for a total of 60 minutes to be let out?
 
It logs the amount of time you've logged in for. So yes, you have to wait an entire hour on the server and it lets you back out after the timer hits zero.
 
^ Nick you should jump on from time to time. You built some good stuffs, and we need your adminship back (if Dunc approves). Things have settled down from all the stupidness now.

When have I done that? If stuff gets griefed, tell me so I can investigate it with Hawkeye and take the appropriate action.
 
You did it when Fiat destroyed 2 of my biomes.

You scanned it with that other grief plugin and it said Fiat burned it, and all you said to him was something along the lines of "Really Fiat?"
 
I'm trying to put my stuff away before the weekend (before the new world is generated etc) but it must be my connection that is atrocious? It's been almost 10 minutes and this chest hasn't opened yet, and the block of sand next to it I dug hasn't dropped a pickup yet. Anyone else having this problem? My connection works fine for everything else.

edit:It's not my connection. How the hell can you people play with this lag.

The jail sure is effective, tlowr. I almost killed myself after 15 mins in there ._.

Simple solution: Don't burn things! Funny how I've been on the server since the very start and have never caused any trouble with anyone. It's not hard; if it's not yours, don't touch it. Even if someone says you can burn something do you really have to?
