Mistax Cant Post?

MistaX just told me he is having a problem posting... He was wondering whats going on? Has he been banned or something?

I just checked his member status, and instead of showing that he's a member, it's saying that he's a User Awaiting E-mail Confirmation. So, he isn't banned, but I don't know what's up.

Should you change it to member?

I believe he changed his email address in our database but forgot to confirm it in the email sent to him! I have taken care of his account now, so all should be normal...

Has he been banned or something?

If someone is banned, their member title will read "Banned".

Are you sure? Sometimes over-effective spam filters will consider these messages as junk.

On this issue, but off the point, it's becoming increasingly prevalent for companies to block e-mail servers as sources of spam. This has caused me some issues in that people have sent spam from the same SMTP server that I use, and so I sometimes cannot get e-mails through to people. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Oh, that's terrible, Giles! Have they been spamming from your host's servers or your ISP's?
