New Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 Elite Drops and Patch Set to Release on June 19th
Modern Warfare 3′s Elite premium drops will release for Xbox 360 on June 19th. However, all we know right now is to expect one map, one spec-ops mission, and one classified drop. ”Details on the content will be posted on June 18th,” announced Rubin on Twitter.
The next Xbox 360 title update, , presumably patch 1.16, is also set to release on June 19th. In addition to the competition mode announced recently, Rubin noted ”the Dragunov is getting a buff and DMH [Dead Man's Hand] is getting a nerf.”
Modern Warfare 3 PS3 Patch 1.15 Now Live, Five New Prestige Levels and More.
The mandatory title update weighs in at 29 MB, and packs in the following additions and tweaks:
-Competition Mode added to System Link (you can learn more on that here)
-400 new ranks included in 5 new prestige levels
-Dead Man’s Hand reduce explosive radius
-Dragunov rebalance
-Fixed DS/SRP issue with Specialist class
-Blast Shield Buff in hardcore modes
-Fixed an issue where some “Defense” kills were not incrementing on the leaderboard
-Fix for rapid fire glitch
-Increased damage reduction for Blast Shield in Hardcore modes
-Fix for Kill Confirmed, update the player score before updating the team score
Tomorrow, new DLC drops will be released for PS3 premium Elite members. On June 15th, all PS3 players will be able to download free Face Off maps, Erosion and Aground.
