Yep, and some cookies.

It is good fun, but not the entire time you play. Choose your matches, I usually take on the challenge after I decimated the opponents with silly numbers.

The new map, Piazza? is a pretty good map for it.
 
I don't always play the Elite maps because most of the time I get dumped into an American match and I get annihilated (then again, I have gotten a MOAB on two bars before :D)
 
It's real good fun, stabbing your victims, usually from playing dead, or just running around a corner. :D

I just need to remind myself sometimes when I'm getting at a higher killstreak to just stop running and playing dead more, or start camping. :lol:
 
Yeah, I notice that in games like KC or FFA, people don't pay much attention to lifeless bodies on the ground. I need to play dead a bit more, but I've gotta wait till I get Specialist cause I don't have Assassin equipped.

Just realised, I'm an hour away from a French exam and I'm still at home on GTP :dopey:

Reached 40 with two MOABs back-to-back (#39 on Résistance, #40 next game on Hardhat).

Here's to 50! (I'm not gonna get anymore cause I'll probably get sick of MW3 by then :lol:)

I gotta say, you must play against some pretty terrible players (not to take anything away from your accomplishment, mind you). I've only ever seen one non-infected gameplay MOAB in all my time on MW3.

I've only ever seen one also in my 6 or 7 days of play time. I almost seen a second one but I got the last kill of the game before he got a chance for it to detonate.
 
i've seen a few but it requires some team work. HC Domination on dome is a regular. Someone on the team uses vests as a perk so that they can get the health regen-effect, powerful guns + weak opponents = moab and the whole room quitting.
 
I've been MOAB'd quite a few times, although if I see an enemy on a large streak, I usually try not to kill him so he can get it. Then I message him at the end saying "congrats, how many now?" or something like that 👍
I've only seen about 3 MOABs that were on my team that weren't mine.

It is a bit of poor players but a lot more of just making good decisions and knowing how to move around the map.

Bad players are kind of problematic at times because they just do stupid, stupid things that no sane person would do, so you have a lot of "wait, why did he what the...?" situations that result in your dying from some randomness.

Or Dead Man's Hand. :ouch:
 
Had an awesome gaming session with some friends yesterday and for two games we were against complete idiots. We had 5 people and we were about to get 7 MOABs (two from me, two from one of my friends and three from another one).

One of my MOABs was an Assault one as well, so awesome:

New Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 Elite Drops and Patch Set to Release on June 19th

Modern Warfare 3′s Elite premium drops will release for Xbox 360 on June 19th. However, all we know right now is to expect one map, one spec-ops mission, and one classified drop. ”Details on the content will be posted on June 18th,” announced Rubin on Twitter.

The next Xbox 360 title update, , presumably patch 1.16, is also set to release on June 19th. In addition to the competition mode announced recently, Rubin noted ”the Dragunov is getting a buff and DMH [Dead Man's Hand] is getting a nerf.”

Modern Warfare 3 PS3 Patch 1.15 Now Live, Five New Prestige Levels and More.

The mandatory title update weighs in at 29 MB, and packs in the following additions and tweaks:

-Competition Mode added to System Link (you can learn more on that here)

-400 new ranks included in 5 new prestige levels

-Dead Man’s Hand reduce explosive radius

-Dragunov rebalance

-Fixed DS/SRP issue with Specialist class

-Blast Shield Buff in hardcore modes

-Fixed an issue where some “Defense” kills were not incrementing on the leaderboard

-Fix for rapid fire glitch

-Increased damage reduction for Blast Shield in Hardcore modes

-Fix for Kill Confirmed, update the player score before updating the team score

Tomorrow, new DLC drops will be released for PS3 premium Elite members. On June 15th, all PS3 players will be able to download free Face Off maps, Erosion and Aground.

Why Modern Warfare 3 Can’t Do Weapon DLC

Rubin stated, “[it] just means their [Battlefield's] maps, character models, weapon models, etc are smaller. We both have the exact same amount of available RAM.”

“It’s not size of the map. It’s texture space, unique models etc. So more/larger textures on small map = more mem[ory] than fewer/smaller textures on a larger map,” Rubin clarified to Twitter user, Weston Kaszer.

What do you guys think about face off? It came out late last night for me (West Coast) and so far my favorite map is probably Getaway, the beach house. I did 7 games of Face Off this morning and have a 6-1 record. I lost my 1v1 by one confirm :banghead: And I did 6 3v3 with 2 members of my clan. Most people have mics and talk **** which is kinda annoying but honestly great update.

I can man. Also, what LvL are you on MW3. You should join my clan, we have gold tags and a custom title, we are a clan LvL 14. Anyway, I can trust people here on gtp, don't hack & if you do you will be sorry.

^ LOL but no problem, which ones do you need? I have all of them, so just tell me when and NOW would be great cuz im not home..

No worrys mate, FREE face off maps along with face off will be released tommorrow for non-elite members.:)

Reading is your friend. Its the exact same treatment that Xbox got.

2 FREE face off maps came, and also I was very excited because we got 3v3 right off the bat, which was good i though they were gona make us wait. LOL.
