Monthly update, What time of day?

Does anyone know what time of day the monthly update releases?

I believe it always say 1pm (ie. late lunch time) Japanese time zone so its say just before work finishes here.

So make the adjustment for your time zone. Google makes it easy... you can just type in "13.00 japan time in utc" if you wanted to know what time it in in Greenwich.

Does anyone know what time of day the monthly update releases?

Every update so far has been available at the same time as the corresponding server maintenance, which is 0400-0600 UTC/GMT.
