Yeah, it looks cool, but one slip and he takes out the front wing or, even worse, unbalances a car that they are currently refuelling.

Thank gosh for T-Bars. They should really be taller though. Blowovers are uncommon but when they happen they are truly spectacular.

I didn't know they had a short course configuration to use at Monaco. I have to say that has to be the worst corner on a circuit I've ever seen.

Yup, it's a terrible corner. Makes me think of the "whoever designed that corner should be taken into a dark room and shot..." clip.

Indeed, the marshals' response was excellent considering all the crashes and debris that they had to attend to. Their response was incredibly swift and efficent. I guess that's one reason why Monaco is such a popular track for all racing drivers...

I don't know how he survived it, but Manfred Winkelhock survived this horror crash in F2 in 1980.

The debris and the rollover looks bad, but a heap of momentum was killed by the sand, then the car went mostly parallel to the wall.
